Mitchell has taken 1 shot so far, not going to win doing that. We should be trying to feed him, so at a minimum we get opportunities at the line. I'm sure Andrew will remind us this is all part of Benford's grand plan.

If the players aren't playing in a system that is consistently giving them good looks or getting the ball in the hands of people in spots where they can succeed, then making shots is going to be incredibly difficult...no matter how good they look shooting open jumpers in practice.

Yea, I think Hardwick doesn't seem to ever look for his shot. I think part of it may be that given his size, it can be tough for him to get his shot off.

Doesn't help them that so few of the shots are open. Tired of watching pass the ball around 6-7 feet behind the three point line followed by a shot rushed before shot clock violation. Thought coach said we would get out and run...guess he just meant they would get out and run in practice before the game...

Frustrating thing is Benford said his expectations were to be a great team (20+ wins)...I'd like to hear from him his assessment on how we are doing and how he measures their performance? Walton certainly isn't the reason for this, given the talent we have, any good coach could design a game plan for us to be successful...still waiting to see even a glimpse of this.

Guess not...unfortunately, other than the ridiculous NBA 3, all have been open shots...time to switch to zone????
