Anyone care to retract or revisit their vote here?

Everyone just needs to relax. Let's not hit the panic button yet... let's get through tomorrow night... If we stink up the joint, fine, then we have reason to worry, but let's see if this team is still strongest where it has been for 5 years before we all jump overboard. It's been suicide watch on this board since the Tulsa game. LOL!

I'm not complaining... I'm there dood! I'm just saying with all the strife and difficulty we've had getting good attendance, this just doesn't help.

Ok... then the next, and perhaps most obvious question is: WHO IS HOME AT 6:30CST to WATCH a FOOTBALL GAME?!?!?! This thing STARTS at 4:30 on the west coast. People aren't even out of work yet. I dunno... I don't get it...

...I mean... seriously. I'm going to take off work early to be there from beginning to end, but who schedules a game at 6:30 Local hoping for any sort of turnout? Denton isn't the easiest place to get to at that hour either, I needlessly remind those of you who live in the Metroplex. I think this is nuts.

You must be happy with 50 point losses, if you are to be a true fan of this team. LOL! My wife, my self and a couple of non UNT grad friends will be coming with us.

Unis look awesome... I wore the white circa 1994 unis when I was in the band, and both the previous uniform and the brand new one were MASSIVE improvements over that... Looks great guys! ...I did notice some MAJOR phasing during the pregame, and the drum line seemed to be setting the tempo rather than the Drum Majors... What happened? Were the Majors in bad places and you couldn't see them? The stand play and halftime was OUTSTANDING, but the pregame was noticiable even to non marching band folks...

I'm in, but I'd be surprised with 10K. We MIGHT get a reprive for this game as it is a Conf. Battle... but if we lay a stinker here, the attendance will really tank.

Can you please point out for us the evidence that would make us fell otherwise?

I think Meager did quite well this week. Other than hit the reciever in the numbers what do you want from the guy? The recievers were INEPT Saturday. Meager is looking better each outting. He isn't the problem here. Play calling, and an O-Line who isn't controlling the line is the issue. This week, the Recievers looked bad, but I think that's a hiccup, and I think the Meager/Quinn combo will start to work this week. If we can correct just ONE of these two things, we have a much better outcome. I'm hoping the playcalling will improve a tad in SB play, as they will uncover some of thier tricks and secrets to compete in the 'Belt. The O-Line needs to play just a little bit better to let the running game open up a bit and give Meager the time he needs to pass. Don't give up yet folks. I'm not the most optimistic guy on the board, but this team has improved each week, it just hasn't all clicked together. I fault coaching for this, but I'd be surprised to see it again next week.

Man... I'm the first one to critique the performance of the team, but one bad year (which isn't even a definate yet) does not a return to 2A make. Everyone needs to put down the crack pipe, take several steps back, and relax. Do I think we'll repeat this year? No... Do I think that's the end of the world? Nope.

I'm not surprised at all. Nobody in their right mind should be picking us for ANYTHING right now. If we take Troy down, and do so without backing into it, like we did in Middle Tenn. then we should be back on top. ...but I have serious doubts about our ability to take Troy down. Hope I'm wrong. I'll be there on hand to see with 2 or 3 friends in tow. (all of whom I'm bribing, as you can hardly give tickets away after the last couple of weeks...)

Anyone care to revise their vote after this week's disaster? ...or do you want to wait unitl late on the 4th of October to go ahead and say NO?
