That's not accurate at all... last poll I saw was about 40%-60% against... hardly "nobody at all". I'm sorry, but if we don't get a CUSA invite somewhere in the near future and other schools now who don't have FBS teams today manage to get into the WAC, we've been left behind. WAC isn't my first choice, but it is better than where we are now.

Yeah... This is getting old... But let's tap the brakes a bit. First, Dunbar dropping the ball isn't the coaches fault. Tune throwing a critical pick isn't the coaching staff's fault. Second, those calling for Canales to be coach right now are many of the same complaining about how Riley is being used. How does shuffling the coaching staff today really change anything in the short term? Many expected a 180 with the new OC, but we're starting the year with a new offensive scheme and a new QB. It's another rebuilding year. I know patience is hard to come by around here at this point - I know as Tune lay on the field last night with 1:00 left on the clock, I turned to my wife and said "I'm really sick of this shit" and as tired and worn out as everyone here, but making sweeping changes 2 games in is not the answer. We've got to play the cards we've got and then reset for next year if we don't get the results we hoped for. Let's quit beating each other up. It gets us nowhere.

No credit for the caliber of opponent here? I agree we've allowed the big play, but comepare this to the Alabama game last year. D looked ok all first half and is now being outgunned. I don't think Rice is easy or is a sure win... ...but it's going to be a good game!

Me too, moot, but first game, both tes are a bit sloppy. Fact remains, THIS team probably wouldn't have list 5 games by 1 score last year. There is obvious improvement here. The depth of clemson is starting to show, but this is as good or better than I expected today...

We look like we belong on the same field with this team. That's a win in my book based on our recent history with teams of this caliber.

Big play against a team that outclasses us doesn't scare me for the long term season outlook.
