I'm no SA/Austin expert but if this were to happen is there that big of difference in commute time from building north right outside of SA versus downtown for commuters coming from Austin area? Given that most games would be played on Sunday anyway I would think building it in downtown would be a no-brainer and further developing it.

I'm not dismissing the Thunder fans but when you have a young Durant, Westbrook, Harden, and Green to start your franchise then there's really nowhere to go but go but be crazy for the team and embrace them.

Saw the stadium a few weeks from the highway when I went to Austin and from what I saw it looked really and it certainly appeared much bigger than it is going to be in actuality.

Pretty darn surprised to see that. I was thinking Phx would at least be able to get a point out of that which they frequently manage to do. I do like Dallas' chance of winning tomorrow given they are reeling and both Backes and Oshie likely won't play. Ryan Miller struggled and was pulled too. I think they could clinch this sucker tomorrow and luckily for me I'll be at the game. I really hope it is a full house tomorrow as it will be a playoff like atmosphere.

I think Phoenix beats Nashville but something tells me the Preds are going to try to win the game and be as pesky as possible. The last few days are going to be fascinating as Dallas and Phoenix battle it out along with STL, Anaheim, Colorado and SJ even for the top spots. Personally I think Dallas would have some chance to win if they played Anaheim or SJ but that's for a later time. As much as Dallas has going for them and are in the drivers seat I really think it comes down to game 82. I do think top to bottom Dallas is the better team than the Yotes but in that situation and a winner take all game on the road a lot of fluky crap can happen. It's hard to predict what Dallas is going to do against the Jackets and Blues.

Magic number down to 4 points. Even if Dallas loses tonight and Friday night they still can clinch a playoff spot with a win on Sunday against Phoenix on the road. Obviously I think we all hope it doesn't come down to that but Columbus is already starting the game up 1-0 tonight and St. Louis is one of the best teams in hockey that's also fighting for their playoff positioning. Bright side is they're both at home but Dallas is in pretty good position right now. They just need to close the deal.

I'm not sure. Again I'm no expert but this is why there needs serious reform or overhaul to the healthcare system here. It's time to defeat the healthcare lobbyists. The system we have in place whether it was before or after Obamacare just seems ridiculous and broken to me. To me having access to good and quality healthcare is not a privilege. In the end it's the consumers that are getting shafted.

Every game needs to be taken seriously. Seems like last couple of years Calgary has had their way in some games against Dallas here at the AAC. Plus the schedule will get much much tougher after tonight so getting 2 points here is very very important. Edmonton took a crucial point away from Minny this past week in a SO so you can definitely crap the bed on any given night regardless the opponent.

Need to take care of business tonight against Calgary. Yotes lost last night to Boston so Dallas can go 3 points up on them with a win.
