I love where this thread is going. As a Police Chief, I simply cannot wait to give a press conference where I say the following: ”Ultimately, it’s not my fault. I mean, these are adult men and wonen…they should know civil rights and the law by now. Sure, you could argue that I failed to train or failed to supervise, but shouldn’t their middle school civics teacher have handled that? By the time they get to me, it’s too late. I may be the highest paid person in this agency, and yeah I hired these people, but I wrote policy to put them in the right position to succeed…they just failed to execute. I am certain my name will be removed from any and all litigation…because the buck just doesn’t stop with me.”

This was the game plan the whole time…we were employing the Rocky 4 strategy. We let them punch us in the face for 3.5 quarters to wear them down…then BOOM! 💥

After this game they will talk about how efficient and effective FAU’s quarterback was. Don’t believe the hype…he was terrible coming into this game and will go back to being horrible next week.

Looking at their schedule, there’s a very real possibility Army comes into DATCU on November 9th at 8-0 and ranked. Also, did you know Army has won their last 9 games, with their last loss against UMASS last October?

If the rest of the season plays out according to where teams are ranked, that’s 3 more losses (Memphis, Tulane, Army) and 4 more wins (FAU, UTSA, Temple, East Carolina)

I am amazed at how many of our fans act like jilted lovers, relishing the struggles of a kid who came here and balled out for this university. Many act like he was the second coming of Andrew McNulty who dared to think he could succeed elsewhere. We are 4-1, have a VERY good chance of getting back to a bowl and appear to have a defense with a pulse. We already got the pretty girl…quit stalking our ex’s Instagram.
