i hope the nttv guys broadcast it. After our little greek week thing last night, I went into my dorm and they had the game on. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people on campus who watched it. (including at the phi kap house, where we had practice). Quality broadcast by Bryan St John and crew

its not going to replace college inn.... that wouldnt be smart. Its Legends Hall, a new upperclassmen dorm

Its funny we debated this on another forum about runners goin big time and redshirting or immediately contributing on lesser known teams (i.e texas state as opposed to never running a meet when u run for UT). Lets see Riley without daddy for one year, see how he responds. Look by all means if he gets offered by Texas go to Texas. I love UNT but if I had the chance pre august 2006 to attend UT I wouldve. It all depends.... does he want to start tradition, or just be a part of a long orange line.......

god i used to play with him summer league basketball in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. played for the state champion plano wildcats coached by tom inman, and is an excellent player. NT would be advised to pick this kid up. I think he could be better than KD or someone like that

hey i talked to a athletics guy at the press conference. first home wont be thursday. 5 home games. OU, ARK, SMU, WKU are all on schedule. Wouldnt tell me anymore. No MAC opponents either.

yeah. Dodge said hes never used a tight end in 80 games, but said you can never say never, so I guess we'll see. Fun event, nice meeting/interviewing yall. Also enjoyed free food.

Even though it is the student section, come to section 123.... to cheer loudly. And if you have any creative heckling chants feel free to pass those on. The s*** the cheerleaders do get kind of boring

So I'm definately going to skip my student govt stuff to go to this Signing Day Meeting @5... I better see all of you there. In fact, I think I'l just paint up. I'm excited about this!

supposedly the mall cost $500,000 or so, all donated by someone... I think its gonna be called Julies fountain or something of that nature. I'm more excited about Legends Hall, the new intramural fields, and the new sorority coming back on campus.

So, as you know, I'm a writer for the NT Daily. I'm doing 2 stories these next 2 weeks, a feature on PAtrick CObbs life in the NFL (I had that story idea) and a follow up on where the money is going. I was thinking about giving gomeangreen some pub by doing a story on the site, the eccentricities of the posters, and other things... so if you could please send me your name, memories, future of the site and what you think of NTs athletic future per say. I think this could be a really great feature.

i would think something would come out: A. Signing Day B. Spring Game C. University Day? D. Sometime during spring practice E. August... to get students excited one thing I would advise all of you to look at is the UNT masterplan... its 144 pages and you can get it (at least I did) by searching on Google UNT Masterplan. Its really interesting to see what the expected future holds for UNT

ok, I wrote the article. Track does practice at Fouts, and there is the region 2-4a meet held every year, as well as the north texas classic, but I meant and Rick meant that 30k people would fill up for things besides football. Sorry its only my 2nd time writing for the NT Daily, my bad.

thats awesome! The ice hockey team does pretty well too. And the frisbee team is at a tourney in Santa Barbara this weekend, so best of luck to them. Theyre one of the 25 best in the nation as well. UNT Club Sports is excellent!

i still dont understand why he bailed out quincy carter.... was that not conflict of interest. And if we're talking favorite DFW sportscaster, balls-wise its Dale Hansen. I mean hes the only one Jerry Jones really hates. And unlike Dickey, parcells has conference championships and SUPER BOWL rings (even though they were 15 years ago). So no comparison needed

plano east had a good playoff run this season..... why doesnt ringo just stay? im sure hughes and brence wouldnt mind seeing him leave though. Whatever happens that coach is going to have a ton of pressure put on him. Did you happen to go to east?

I wish they wouldve called out the recruits as well.... make em feel special or something. I made it a point in my painted garb to go to the tunnel as they were leaving and tell them to help build a program. By the way, Zeke and others, nice meeting yall last night. I saw an A&M Consolidated product as well, who was it?
