I notice in the background of the video, there is a player rolling on the ground. Looks like some one is shouting instructions to the player. Is this a form of punishment? PS- I think Mason has the starting QB job locked up.

Coach also said he was pleased with Coach Yellock and is interested in the D-Line development. D-line should be good. Coach stated there are several offensive players that can be the "go to" type player like Rico and Guyton will be this season. The offense will be good as long as Wilson is having a good game. Sounds like Wilson will be getting more carries. Last season, the o-line was not good. There were too many players that suffered injuries. The O-line was shuffled around too much. This season there is depth, and good players. This season the o-line will be much better than last season.

GMG24 beat me to my naming my break out player for the 2017 season. I am picking Conner Means too, 24! Why- I watched Conner in the spring game warm up's. I was very impressed with his athletic talent, his fluid route running, and his skills catching the ball. I was thinking at that point, man, Means can be a very good WR. I wish the staff would move Conner to WR. My wish may have come true. I spoke to SL at the Dallas Caravan. During our conversation, I asked specifically about Conner moving from the RB position over to the WR position. SL was reading my mind. Seth said yes, Conner will be a WR this season. SL stated "He will play"! I will be watching for special offensive sets with Conner out on the field at WR. This will happen! Outstanding!

I spoke to a buddy of mine that lives in Midland. My friend said that Matt Groeschel , OG, 6-6, 320 from Greenwood HS, Midland, received an offer from North Texas. I do not know anything about Groeschel. Any one have recruiting information on Groeschel?

CJ Did HFC Littrell tell you who the 2 OL grad students were or which programs/schools they were attending? When will the 2 grad students arrive at North Texas?

I remember back in the Fry era, Hayden went over to Carter HS here in Dallas, to recruit a player or two. Fry saw many good athletes and ended up signing about 8 players off the Carter team in one big recruiting sweep! I'd I were Littrell I would try to sign the entire Allen team!

After watching Stratford's high light videos, I saw 4-5 other very good players on this Allen team. I like the RB, # 45, and the WR, # 81. These 2 , OL guys, # 72, and # 73. Heck, the entire OL is very good! Sign all of the OL!

Wren is a very smart guy. Wren is playing his cards right. I too was at the Dallas Coaching Caravan. While there, I was able to talk to several key athletic managers, and coaching staff members. I suggest people should stop ragging on Wren, and the Army games. Wren is securing commitments on games that will impress the Mean Green fans. I would not expect the Liberty games to be on the schedule for long. Army is talking to Liberty too. Recruiting is going very very well right now! The 2018 class will be a great class. Have faith Mean Green fans! Good things are coming our way!
