  1. I almost threw my TV out the window when our LBs fell for the play action on 3rd and goal from the 10 that allowed an easy slant for a TD. Have some damn awareness!
  2. Looks like someone read my post in the "Very Disappointed in Morris" thread lmao
  3. He has a job because Morris came to UNT wanting to run a 3-3-5 and Caponi had 3 years of P4 experience at one of the only schools that's run it well (Iowa St). Sadly, Caponi was probably the most qualified coach we could have hired. IMO, Morris is the one responsible for the disastrous defense we've seen the last 2 years. Last year should have been a wakeup call that the 3-3-5 was not going to work, but instead of changing course they doubled down and the DBs they brought in to help are now suspended. It's a true shit show.
  4. Beat Wyoming to finish 3-1 in OOC play. We would have all signed up for that a month ago. No matter how bad the 1 loss was.
  5. Even his Twitter has been dead lately. Only 2 tweets the past couple weeks.
  6. From 2001 - 2004 UNT was 4-20 in non-conference games. In those 24 games, UNT lost by an average score of 27.9 to 14.3. P4 record: 1-10 G5 record: 2-10 FCS record: 1-0 Needless to say, there are plenty of bad memories....
  7. Whoever we had at center was really struggling with the snap count. A lot of delayed snaps and 2 false starts because the ball was never snapped.
  8. E tickets are more efficient. That’s not the problem. I’ve been to events with way more people that didn’t have lines 50+ people deep at multiple gates. I’d love to see the percentage breakdown of how many people go through each gate. I have a feeling it’s HEAVILY skewed towards the student and Wing gates because there’s hardly any parking on the alumni side.
  9. Lines to get into the stadium might have been the longest I've ever seen. That needs to be addressed ASAP. Especially, if we're trying to sellout the Wyoming game.
  10. You'll love this sweatshirt from Charlie Hustle
  11. I like how that's not even the game from Saturday. You can see those are the all green unis from the McCarney Era.
  12. Its great we were able to avoid the dreaded 11 am kick. Things are aligning for an amazing crowd.
  13. The reasoning is they don't want fans, coaches, and players seeing the replay and potentially influencing the ref's call. It's bad reasoning and one the NFL and other colleges don't follow. I assume its an AAC rule.
  14. Agreed. I have ATT and had zero service the first half. It did get a little better in the 2nd half.
  15. This annoys me so much. Refusing to give fans replays of the biggest and most controversial calls is beyond dumb. There’s no argument for it. Fans at home see the replay over and over, but the fans who paid to be at the game? Nah, screw you, and enjoy being in the dark on whether the right call was made.
  16. North Texas: 45 SFA: 20 Attendance: 24,750
  17. I've had the same problem for years. Most of the hats sold at the Bookstore and Voertman's aren't big head friendly. I was upset last year when they released the "Strutting Eagle" Nike hats only to find out none of them had a high crown and didn't fit. Really wish Voertman's/UNT Bookstore would start selling New Era more. Their stuff usually has a higher crown.
  18. I have to laugh at Mosely's quote because the University approves licensed apparel all the time that's no where near the right shade of green. I understand it might be hard to get the exact right shade of Kelly Green, but why do we approve so much stuff that's a Dark Forest Green?
  19. No, it's not. The partnership is between the UNT Athletic Department and Revolver Brewing. To fund NIL the partnership would have to be with our NIL Collective.
  20. I don’t think the company that sells the seats has them in green unless it’s custom ordered ($$$). I don’t mind the black seats. They’re almost entirely mesh so heat won’t be a big issue.
  21. They’re on the schedule for 2026 (San Marcos) and 2030 (Denton).
  22. What’s your point? The SOW has been a logo since the early/mid 2000s (not sure on exact year). My point is, it’s hard to say we copied Oregon by using our logo that’s at least 5 years older than their random feather pattern.
  23. The Flying Worm Tailgate Crew has been added back!
  24. Good week 1 win + Family Weekend + 6:30 kick + good weather = 25K
  25. You'd root for your main rival to get program changing wins? That is so backwards to me. The AAC can still be a good conference without UTSA winning massive games.
