This thread sure does give a lot of love to a guy who couldn't hold the QB job at one of the worst P5s in the country...He's currently CU's 3rd QB.

How to Improve GameDay Experience at UNT
UNTcrazy727 replied to Glory to the Green's topic in Mean Green Football
What are these "unknowns" you reference? For the past decade my group has tailgated 2-3 games every year in the blue lot and we've never run into major issues. As long as you get there a few hours before kick you can tailgate wherever you want in the blue lot. I also don't know what you mean by Wren "applying more pressure" and "taking the fun out" of tailgating. He hasn't done anything to hurt my tailgate experiences. Though I can't speak to your frustrations with the RV situation. And who actually tailgates on the hill besides student organizations and sponsors? Everyone is allowed to tailgate by their car in the blue lot or in the old Fouts lot. -
This is flat out false when it comes to UTSA. The series has been super competitive with both teams taking a turn playing spoiler (UTSA in 2013 and UNT last year). ITS A RIVALRY! EMBRACE IT!

Some of y'all are in serious denial about UTSA being a rival. And I struggle to find a reason why. I guess its just jealousy that they've built up a solid program in such a short time?

Footballscoop.com mention for the school rushing record
UNTcrazy727 replied to El Paso Eagle's topic in Mean Green Football
What kills me is that we refuse to get under center and run QB sneaks when we need less than a yard. Anyone notice Philly do it a few times last night? It's impossible to stop if you line 2 backs behind the QB and have them push forward. -
Footballscoop.com mention for the school rushing record
UNTcrazy727 replied to El Paso Eagle's topic in Mean Green Football
Even if we had a good QB, I still think we'd be a run first offense with our stable of backs. -
It wasn't a good throw, but the INT didn't bother me too much. Remember, we didn't have Mooney so kicking a FG wasn't really an option. Aune was just hoping to make a play in the closing seconds. If Mooney is available, we're not throwing to the endzone and the INT never happens.

Attendance For UNT LA Tech: 16,590
UNTcrazy727 replied to Professor Lambeau's topic in Mean Green Football
Students aren’t told anything like that. Especially, over the past decade. Even though you refuse to admit it, today’s UNT is very different than what it’s been in the past.- 52 replies

Attendance For UNT LA Tech: 16,590
UNTcrazy727 replied to Professor Lambeau's topic in Mean Green Football
It shouldn’t matter, but I don’t think playing in the middle of the day is helping us. This game should have kicked off at 6 pm. Guarantee the student turnout would have been better.- 52 replies

Rice beat UAB and lost to FAU yesterday. Yes, we can beat them.

Cool. My point still stands. We’re no where close to being a laughing stock.

Sadly, I still think we’d have the usuals clamoring for his dismissal. They’ve totally lost the plot.

A 4-3 team that’s won 8 straight conference games is the laughing stock of CFB? Sure…

I’m really not. Sticking to this line of thinking just tells me you have something personal against Littrell.
-
This is insanity. Just for arguments sake, let’s say we win out and finish 10-3 with a conference championship. You’d still be demanding his firing? That would make us the laughing stock of CFB and would convince every quality coach not to come here.

So all your factors don’t even consider how the teams have looked this year? Alright then.

Their super bowl?! Lol whatever helps you sleep at night

Based on what? Losing to mediocre Houston at home? Barely beating Army in OT? Only being up on Texas Southern by 11 after 3 quarters?
