They should cut 6 games off the regular season and adopt the NFL playoff format (the best, IMO). First two rounds are best of 5 then best of 7 for the LCS and WS.

I think you took the post completely the wrong way and are getting pissed over nothing.

He's just saying the vast majority of UNT, students, alumni, and faculty usually don't associate themselves with UNT and cheer for other school's teams. I've heard, "Yeah, I go to UNT, but my team is University X" more times than I can remember. It's gotten a lot better, but it's still a big problem.

Pretty much every student does it. IMO, complaining about this is just as stupid as complaining about only using 3 fingers in the talon hand signal. I mean who gives a crap?!? No one I've talked to outside of UNT has ever been like, "Ha! Idiot, don't you know eagles have 4 talons?" or..."Why do y'all say caaaw or caacaaaw? That's a crow. An eagle is more a high pitched scream." And you know why? Because its a moronic argument over things no one notices or cares about...except us

I'm going to sound like a jerk here, but I don't care... This is getting blown way out of proportion because the kid can still go play for the middle school where he'll still be twice the size of everyone else. In Grapevine it wasn't even an option to play pee-wee once you got to 7th grade. This kid needs to nut up and play in the league he belongs in.

King Felix is probably the best pitcher in baseball. He's going to get a HUUUUGGEE contract when he becomes a FA after the 2013 season.
