Well now we are down from 5 to 3 teams at the top of the SBC standings. We need a win on thursday or we could go from #1 overall seed to #3 in the west. The crazy thing is with 1 week left in conference play there is a possibility of 6 teams in the conference ending with a 12-6 conf record...in that case we could fall to a 5 or 6th seed in the tourney. So it is very very important we win our last 2 games, and clinch the West division and possibly win the overall league title.

I respectively disagree with you about u la la, they have won only 1 game on the road in the league all year and that was against a sub par Monroe team. So I like our chances of winning out.

Its a little scary to see WKU playing so well. Looking at the standings to win the league we need to win out, WKU to beat ASU and FAU to beat Middle the last game of the regular season. It looked like a long shot a couple of weeks ago, but now its a good possibility it could happen.

Looks like we are moving up, earlier this week they had us playing Kentucky. Lets just hope this is an issue come tourney time!!!

I say fau, middle and wku since we have already lost to middle we would be better off if they win the east since we have the tie breakers over fau and troy for the 3rd seed, and it would give Denver another loss and put more space between us and Denver.

Good news out of Little Rock, UALR just hit a shot from 30 ft at the buzzer to beat Arkansas State. The shot was unbelieveable, bounced off the rim backboard and then fell in the hoop. SportsCenter top 10 quality shot.

Brad Graham, besides the fact I got my Assoc. at Navarro, the guy has to be able to play if he was the juco defensive player of the year.

The automatic bid is pretty much our only shot every year, I don't understand why people keep talking about an at large bid. We would have had to go 14-2 to have a chance at an at large bid. It's that way in the belt year in and year out.

I hate that we lost to Middle, but if had my choice I would rather beat WKU and lose to Middle, than lose to WKu and beat Middle. The reason behind this is that we have proved we can beat Middle in the past and haven't beat Western in the past. I feel WKU will be in the mix come tourney time along with us. So now that we can know we can beat WKU, hopefully it will we a confidence boost if we see them in Hot Springs with an automatic bid on the line.

We are making this one interesting....

If you look at our schedule that's the only way we will get into the tourney anyway. I think since we have been in the belt the league has only gotten maybe 2 at large bids, so that pretty much says it all.
