Most of us older alums thought Melvin Davis, Kenny Williams and Fred Mitchell back in the mid 70's were pretty salty but that was another era. Don't forget Danny Kaspar, He was voted Mr. Mean Green in 77(I think). Current head coach at SFA, but still very proud of his Mean Green roots. I would have said NTSU roots but did not want 5,000 negatives.

If we have another child we will call name it Tony Mitchell.

As a poor school teacher I work as a beer vendor at the Ranger games. The extra money allows me to join the Mean Green Club and buy season tickets for Mean Green football and basketball. I can make in one world series game enough to pay for next years season tickets in football. Guess where I will be? Hint: some would call me an "aluminum fartlick". For those fellow fartlicks at the world series or any other game, be sure to buy your beer from the 6'5" beer vendor named Dan in section 34. A potion of all proceeds go to support UNT athletics. P.S. What the hell is an "Aluminum Fartlick"?

As a Texas teacher for the past 27 years, I will vote for him for president. If for no other reason than to get him out of Texas. I hope to be able to say "adios mofo" to slick Rick in November of 2012.

I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, wars, jobs, my savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc., I called the Suicide Hotline. I got a call center in Pakistan, and when I told them I was suicidal, they got all excited, and asked if I could drive a truck.

True it would be difficult if not impossible to enforce. But some one explain this to me, Perry used the veto saying the the government should not "micromanage". Yet, earlier he signed a bill that required a woman wanting an abortion to get a sonogram and listen to the heartbeat of the fetus. Is this not the state micromanaging?

If LeBron wanted a ring he should have stayed in Ohio and bought one from Terrelle Pryor.

To be honest I did not think about a rail being in the way. I'm 6'5" so it should not be a problem, and my kids will always be at the consession stand or the restroom so they won't mind either. READY FOR HOUSTON!!!

I got section 205. Row 1 seats 1-4 @ 10:00am 5/25. Rest of the section was wide open.

I counted about 75 people. Coach Mac, JJ, Coach Aston and Sujay Lama all spoke. Coach Mac and Coach Jones were great as usually and it appears that Aston will be the real deal also. I'm fired up about the future. Can't wait till next year. Maybe I'll drink less beer in the Mean Green room and watch a little girls hoops.

Roger was my student at DHS. Great kid. Not a star, but not afraid to play defense or rebound. Glad he is back home. He could help any of the local universities.

South Grand Priarie and Trey Norris play at Duncanville High School tonight 7:30 (2-10-2011). This is a make up game from last week. It should be a good game if you are in the area and have free time. I'll be the white guy wearing a North Texas jacket and cap.
