I can see Reunion Tower from my hotel room up 35 near Inwood. It's alternating blue with a red heart (for HOD Bowl), anda revolving UNT in green with the top & bottom flashing white. Very cool! Unfortunately, it's too far away to get a picture.

My niece loved Shari Lewis and Lambchop when she was little. One day when I was visiting, my sister announced that we would be having lamb chops for dinner. My niece starting SCREAMING! From that day on, it was referred to as "mutton chops" for dinner.

There is one somewhere near the Market Center Homewood Suites (which is actually across from the Medical Center). But if you've never stayed at a Homewood Suites (which is Hilton), I recommend it highly. The rooms have a separate bedroom and living room with a kitchenette, and there's a full breakfast in the lobby in the morning (although that won't be necessary the morning of the game). If you have enough Hilton Honors points, you should be able to get a free room for New Year's - I did! Actually, there is a Homewood Suites downtown which is almost right on the rail line, but they don't allow pets, so I'm not staying there.

I'll be staying at the Homewood Suites Dallas-Market Center, on 35E just north of downtown. Anyone else staying there?

I'm going with a green t-shirt, a green long sleeve shirt over it, and black jeans. I'll have a green rain poncho just in case, but it's looking like that won't be needed!

For those going to the "official" party at the Tower Club: What would be appropriate attire? I'm guessing that T-shirts wouldn't be appropriate, but I also wouldn't expect it to be formal.
