Or you know... The fact that this board was down last night after game time certainly made it a little difficult to come here and congratulate you guys. I figured a post on a well trafficed website would be adequate. For the record, the UNT fans leaving profanity laced comments aren't being approved. Other than that, good game for you guys.

In case any of you are not at the game and not going to a game watch, and want to chat up some folks about the action on the field, stop on by the liveblog at OTP. Should get rolling around 7:00 eastern time. There is a ton of interaction, polling, media, etc. Should be a good good time. Regardless of the outcome, here's to a great game by both teams, and an injury free evening for both!

We're a BSU blog... of course we're biased. Never claimed to not be. It's all in good fun, and we do wish an injury free good time for all involved. Though we're hoping for a large BSU victory. As for the mascot stuff, we have a special love for the mascots of the college football universe. Charlie Cardinal is one of the best, and we always compare. Did it all last season, gonna do it all this season.

The good news for me at least is that with the responses in this thread, we have extra motivation to BRING IT next week. Anyone who wants to have the argument that the Sun Belt is on the same level as the MAC... I welcome it. That's an ignorant asinine comment to even try to make.

I tell you what, doing some research on the SunBelt made me have a whole new appreciation for that conference. It seems like parity is all over the place. Whomever wins that conference will have earned it.

Seeing as how we square off with you guys in a week or so, it's time for our preseason projections of FBS. We sat down and predicted every game for every team. This is how it shook out for the Sun Belt. Feel free to voice your opinion on the site! I'm sure you'll have one...
