Sucks to lose him. Good news is that Jayven Anderson was a highly recruited prospect from North Shore. I feel pretty good about his future. Not sure if I feel good about the 3-3-5 but we shall see.

I saw that Chuba Purdy is already hurt for Nevada. So they're having to start their QB from last year.

2019 and 2020 were year 4 and 5. Can't really compare that to year 1. I think it's safe to say Littrell was given a hall pass. They kept him for 2 more seasons, he never won a bowl game, and he was a .500 coach. Seth should be kissing the ground that his snake of an agent Jimmy Sexton walks on. He bamboozled Wren into thinking Seth was going to Kansas State. I have heard from a few people that Seth never had an offer. Oh well, let's hope and pray this team improves this year. We went cheap on the Morris hire, and at the moment we don't know if it's the right hire or not. This year and next will determine if he's Todd Dodge 2.0 or Seth Littrell 2.0.

Morris gets a hall pass for last year. It was his first year as HC. I know, we were in the C-USA conference championship the year before. The 3-3-5 was an utter disappointment. Now, the roster is pretty much guys he recruited (I counted 10 Littrell guys on the current roster). If we don't make a bowl game this year, I will be in the "what are we doing here" camp.

Kemon Hall broke up a pass and had a nice tackle for Dallas.

He did fine at App State, but I just remembered how bad Miss State was last year lol.

His offense was terrible at Mississippi State last year. He took over an Air Raid offense and did a poor job. Mississippi State was ranked 101 in team offense last year.

Don't worry, our defense will make your QB look like Josh Allen. Our DBs are supposed to be improved. But we shall see.

This is the most apathetic that I have felt about the Cowboys and my Mean Green in years. However, I renewed my season tickets because I like drinking beers in the parking lot and watching college football. The Cowboys on the other hand, I'm just waiting for Jerry to die. Dude has made a ton of money, but holy shite is he holding the team back. I'm going into the season with low expectations. But I'll still follow them both.
