    I couldn't help myself. But seriously, he was one of the first coaches in the 903 area to run the spread/no huddle offense in the 90s/2000s.     Yep, lots of counter plays, zone reads, quick screens, and no huddle. He was one of the first coaches in East Texas to run the no huddle spread.
