  1. Damon Youngblood might be finishing up summer school at UL-LA. Either way, I'm hopeful this is just timing.
  2. I just watched his junior season highlights. Big bodied WR that isn't afraid of contact. He has speed as well. I see he ran a 4.53 and a 4.47 40 yard dash at our camp. It seems they line up in trips or 5 wide a lot. He made a lot of people miss on the screens they threw to him. Washington St ran a lot of WR screens under Morris, so this seems like a natural fit. He also got open on wheel routes as well. I'm interested to see if he plays TE or WR for us. Welcome aboard! https://twitter.com/tylerharringt25/status/1669845086442512384/photo/1
  3. Just a reminder for everyone. Try to make it out, bring a friend. Spread the word. I'll be at the one in Frisco wearing green.
  4. 2022: As a junior, threw for 2,210 yards, 18 TDs, and 11 INTs (66.4 completion percentage) in 10 games. Added 1 rush TD. Interesting breakdown of his stats can be found here. It seems most of his INT were against Hebron (3)and Flower Mound Marcus (4). The tape on 247 was not bad, he looks like a pure passer. Great size as well. I'm interested to see if he's open to playing only college FB after decommitting from TCU for baseball. https://www.maxpreps.com/tx/plano/plano-east-panthers/athletes/drew-devillier/football/stats/?careerid=2nhagdc49tgvf
  5. Commits to UTSA. Onto the next prospect.
  6. His cousin Sta would have never entered the portal. He doesn't like change and wants to keep things stable.
  7. He was a redshirt freshman and had offers from Rice and Penn prior to committing to UNT. In order to receive those types of offers, he must have decent grades. I imagine this was probably a playing time/fit with the new defense. Best of luck to Moh Bility. I hope he gets an NIL deal with Hoveround at his next school lol. Top 3 name that I have seen during my time following recruiting. 1. DaColdest Crawford 2. Kool-Aid McKinstry 3. Moh Bility
  8. A little off subject but here's the top 15 CFL QB salaries for 2023. Mason didn't make the list, but I imagine if he has a good season he gets a good deal this off season. https://3downnation.com/2023/04/17/the-cfls-15-highest-paid-quarterbacks-for-2023-season/
  9. Bummer, maybe he can play in the XFL, USFL, or CFL.
  10. It's too early for me to decide, but I think they are moving in the right direction. If we have less than 6 wins next year, I will not give them a good grade.
  11. I'm sure @NorthTexasSportsNetwork is laughing at this hire.
  12. We are moving from a 4-3 to a 3-3-5. Not being rude or bashing him, but he didn't play much in the 4 man system. With one less DT on the field, there's a chance he never sees the field. I'm glad he landed on his feet, and I hope he does well at SFA.
  13. I have no problem with this. We lost a few DL and will need to rotate guys. He has size, played against FBS schools, and had some production. https://umassathletics.com/sports/football/roster/viczaril-alobwede/13822 2 star out of high school, with only 1 offer. https://247sports.com/Player/Viczaril-Alobwede-46097460/high-school-245350/
  14. Glad to see that. The Freak could use the listeners. They have a few ex UNT guys on staff. Some of the radio hosts are from the Ticket.
  15. Adrian Mayes is the RB coach, Kevin Wilson was HC at Indiana when Littrell was OC.
  16. I appreciate you doing this. It's helpful for tracking guys that we offered and it also helps know the kind of competition we are up against.
  17. I hear Bud Light is transforming the beer game right now.
  18. There seems to be conflicting information on this thread about what he did and didn't do. I'm not going to praise or bash his character. I have never met the guy. Most of what I have heard from was from former athletes but I'm not going to post that on here.
  19. RV oversaw the Todd Dodge/staff hire and Benford. I know a lot of people were alienated by him during my time at UNT.
  20. My expectations are to make a bowl game (6-6 or 7-5)and possibly win it. We were very close to doing that last year. They need to move forward and seize the moment. La Tech, FIU, ACU, Navy, Temple, and Tulsa are all winnable. UAB, Cal, and Memphis are toss ups. Tulane, UTSA, and SMU are going to be difficult.
  21. I'm sure this is exactly what's happening. Ball St probably told him that he would start. Maryland probably said "you will be in contention for starting, here's $30k to join the team".
  22. Are we wearing lederhosen and drinking out of steins for the Temple game?
  23. Looks like he just backed out of his commitment No interviews, please.
