  1. http://www.wsucougars.com/coaches.aspx?rc=477&path=football I could see us hiring someone like this. P5 Offensive Quality Control or Analyst Has coached OL on the FCS or JC level Has Air Raid and Texas ties.
  2. I just met Coach Littrell and Mainord at Market Street in Flower Mound. They were very down to earth. I told them congrats on the great year, and I renewed my tickets this week. We talked about this year's class and Beyond the Green for a minute as well. Littrell mentioned that next year should be even more exciting.
  3. I don't see why we can't have an open practice at the Star. Invite Frisco, Lewisville, and Mckinney ISD coaches and players to watch and network.
  4. He must read the board still. On a serious note, congrats to him!
  5. Punters are people too. Signed!
  6. I tried to renew my tickets and it took me to a link that says "No Events". I am going to try it again from my laptop when I get home. Edit: It worked from my laptop. Looks like my section will be stuck with me again.
  7. We addressed needs on both sides of the ball. I will give judgement later after the class has played here. Then we can argue if stars matter or not.
  8. He is fast and shifty. It will be fun to watch him in our offense.
  9. I don't know anything about Georgia HS football, but man did he have separation from the DB's. I also like how he explodes up the field after the screen passes.
  10. Yes, I am all for recruiting the high caliber kids. You never know what can happen down the road.
  11. Excited for this pick up.
  12. Nice job on the podcast. I enjoyed listening to it while on the treadmill this morning.
  13. I have followed the program since 2003, and I was enrolled at UNT during the entire Dodge tenure. He signed some decent players, but his high school coaching staff was terrible. It was clear they were in over their heads. Injuries and an incompetent AD didn't help the cause. I was dumb enough to believe the BS that Mac was selling to buy season tickets during his first 2 years. Mac was lazy on the recruiting trail, and had some questionable coaches on staff. I saw the writing on the wall, and didn't renew my tickets again until him and RV were gone. This is a younger staff, and they do seem to be bigger on the X and Os. I still have faith in this staff, and I will be renewing my tickets in the fall. Rome wasn't built in a day.
  14. I feel like the theme of this class is diamond in the rough. The majority of the commits were not recruited very heavily by other programs. The staff will have to develop these guys to fit their system. I am never going to bash a kid that wants to play for UNT. I do like that we have kids committed to us from big Texas high schools. Having success on the 5A/6A level in Texas will translate to the FBS level.
  15. Well the only things we can tell ourselves is that rankings don't matter, and Littrell is recruiting players to fit his system. On paper, we are losing many battles.
  16. Looks like he is friends with Spaulding. I watched his punting video, he has a leg on him.
  17. Well good luck to the young man. I wouldn't want to be on the other side of the monster O-Line we are developing.
  18. They have an entire new coaching staff, he's staying put.
  19. Lol, it was mentioned by a few people this morning.
  20. Silence from UofH
  21. Dude, we haven't signed the 2017 class yet. I have seen offers go out to the 2018 class. Patience my friend.
  22. I tweeted this link out to a few Cougar trolls this morning lol. http://www.ncaa.org/enforcement/role-boosters
  23. Hopefully he stays committed to us. Bright future for this young team!
  24. Impressed with his film, but West Texas is not was it use to be in football. He will need to get in the weight room and bulk up. But could be a solid pickup down the road.
