MeanGreenZen's post in Lincoln Riley may look to UNT's Graham Harrell as OU QB Coach was marked as the answer
Isn't QB coach at a P5 a position that will always be available to Graham Harrell? I mean, if Mike Canales can get that same position at Tennessee at this stage of his career then someone with the experience and name recognition of Harrell could easily get a job as a P5 QB coach any time he wants.
But if Harrell wants to be a HEAD COACH someday then he should stick with the gig that provides more responsibility and play-calling duties even if he can't make as much money as UNT OC than he could as OU QB coach. Seems that lowly QB coach with no play-calling duties (even at OU) would be a step down for someone trying to climb the coaching ladder.

MeanGreenZen's post in The Kid Is In was marked as the answer
He can still redshirt if he plays less than 20% of our games and suffers a "season-ending injury" in the first half of the season. That is how Dodge worked Riley's redshirt year and most programs handle key players that way. Give them a taste of the big-time before pulling them back with a medical redshirt. Mac has been pretty clear he isn't redshirting Dajon, but he could still do it.

MeanGreenZen's post in MHSM Exclusive: The story of Brock Berglund was marked as the answer
Truth is, if Brock didn't have these issues, he wouldn't be here. If this kid can take responsibility for himself moving forward, he can be the best QB we have had in forever. Tune in.
