From a coverage standpoint, that won't be good for UNT. Can you imagine the slobbering that will be going on at the DMN and other local media outlets. If we're buried 6ft down now in media coverage it will be 25ft should Mack Brown go to SMU.

You are right on here...... There's nothing wrong with the school's radio network being slanted toward their own team. It should be expected. But George and Hank do a great job of balancing the two. We are very lucky to have them. Those Aggie broadcasters are a joke. When a play by play guy or color commentator refer to the team they're covering as "we" it is embarrassing and sounds like a highschool game. "We got the first down." or "We need a stop." Horrible.

I think it was the right move. Unless they can play defense, I don't know how much they can help us win this year....
