I was able to stay about an hour before having to go pick up little man from day care so I can't give too much " good " info. For starters , when I got arrived there was a whole 11 of us fans there that I could count. 1 of which was a young female there probably no older than 5 with someone whom I would guess was her grandmother. D-Side: I will go on record and say this : Our defense will be much improved from last year. Okay so that shouldn't be hard to do , but on the DEF side of the field DeLoach had the boys going full speed and full contact throughout and if you weren't you were getting an ear full. Eddrick Gilmore will be on a NFL preseason roster next year. DeLoach's end of the field was very impressive. I might be wrong on the player , but I think it was Ira Smith , is a speed demon and has the potential to be our lock down corner. O Side : It was just the same little 5 yard slant passes the whole time I was there against a dummy def.....over and over again. I guess they were just working on timing. A lot of contact on the other side of the field , not so much on this side. Cam is a stud and is the best weapon we have , so many new faces at WR i really couldn't tell who was who. It's my personal opinion so don't bash me , but Nathan Tune needs to really work on his footwork if he wants to push for the starting job. He looked out of place at times during drills with his feet. O-Line looks like the biggest UNT has had since I've been a fan. I don't know if they are the most talented , but they are the biggest. They got their ass chewed a few times too , it was kind of funny. The 1st team line went : Gill , Hollivay , Drake ,Feeley , Santiago . I don't know if they ever changed so don't think this is the starting 5 yet , they were just on the 1st team line thru some of the drills.

Should of offered Fuzzy's. Apparently that place is kicking ass as they were all sold out of " free tacos" Anyone else notice the assistant coach for FAU in the brown jacket checking out our dancers for an entire timeout? The whole team and staff were in the huddle and he just stood there for like 2 minutes drooling. It was sometime during the 2nd half.

As a Redskin fan I would rather have him on the Boys sidelines causing a stir. I sure hope Danny boy doesn't bring him to DC.

I guess that's a different agenda than what Manhatten construction will be doing , or will the 2 be working together on the development of the project ( new stadium) ? What exactly was that when yall were at half court?? It was like one of you wanted to jump up and do the chest bump thing ( guessing that was you) , but the kid who caught it kinda faked jumped as he was worried he might not be able to get much air or was afraid he would of knocked you down. Best game I've been too since OSU. Great environment , good turnout. Old man breaking it down on the floor , the chicken was caught and even the musical chairs event was decided by an eyelash and of course as always the dancers were HOT. 2 of the better dunks I've seen this year , Big George's poster finish and McCoy's punch in from the baseline ( although it might of taken all the air out of him on the very next play as he laid in on off the glass on a break away) We survived Graham not wanting to call it a end to his career. The kid is a baller , but I'm glad to see him done. I hate to be negative in anyway , but when you are 6'5 and are being guarded by someone whom is 6 inches shorter for almost the whole 2nd half it's not that surprsing that someone of his talent could get as hot as he did when having a clear view of the rim with every shot. Anyways , who is heading to HOT SPRINGS ????

It will interesting who will emerge as our #1 WR this year. I have no idea who will it be

Off Season

I give props to anyone who has to cover this GOD awful team we have had over the past several seasons. He does a good job , gives very informative info and does so even when Dodge doesn't seem to want to give him the time of day. Keep it up Brett , you got a fan here !

While looking for some info on one of our newest player , Bennie Jones , I noticed that Chevy Bennett is listed on Navarro's list of signees. I guess he didn't qualify or is he just taking classes to get ready for UNT , but if so why would they list him as a signee ?? NAVARROJC
