Boxing has become a joke of a sport. Yes there are some real good fighters out there , but too many scandals , too many belts , poor judging and lack of marquee matchups has ruined the sport. If PacMan vs Mayweather can come to terms on a fight then it could help revive the sport.

How would you get a conference champion with 3 divisions ? A 4 team playoff with 3 div champs with 1 wild card team ? You have 12 teams there so not everyone would be able to play everyone unless you went each season with no OOC games. Travel would be a bitch. LaTech just really needs a new home.

Not only that look at all the business the kids do in the city. You would like to think the city would be bending over backwards to help the university in every shape or form.

ESPN EVALUATION : Hall is a very intriguing, athletic quarterback to evaluate and plays in a very successful program with terrific skill players around him. Watching him on tape first and then seeing him person gives you a real appreciation for his ability level as a high school quarterback, but it is likely he will be moved to either cornerback or wide receiver at the next level because he is built like a skill position player. Possesses a muscular, yet thin and wiry frame that has little-to-no body fat. He is bowlegged. Is shorter for the QB position at the next level, yet his production level and arm are both very good. He possesses a quick release and adequate zip on the football. He shows very good feet and overall change-of-direction skills and can throw the quick passing game from within the pocket and also be a real factor on the perimeter as a dual-threat prospect. Throws with good touch and timing and will place the football in an area where he can give his target a chance. Throws on the run very well to each side. Works from both under center as well as out of the shotgun and for a player on the shorter side Hall really sees the field quite well and also has a nice feel for timing. Finds throwing windows and can alter his delivery to fit the ball between bodies when he needs to. He has just enough arm strength to be able to make some throws downfield when his feet are set and he has tremendous confidence in his receivers. If he hopes to remain at quarterback, it may not be at the FBS level and he would need to be in the spread offense for sure. Athletically he does some real nice things, but actually isn't asked to make as many plays with his legs as you might think. As a result, it can be tough to gauge his true top end speed and open field quickness, but his feet and hips are quick and smooth. Overall, while Hall does some really nice things at quarterback, it is difficult for us to project him there. He is a good football player with good intelligence for the position and he is highly competitive which we like. JAVIA_HALL I like this kid , but not getting too excited yet because scout.com has screwed up numberous times on saying kids committing when they really haven't. Rivals.com is a bit more reliable and has yet to show him as a commit

South Bama already has NC State to Mobile in 2015 and now they have added Mississippi State to come there in 2014. a BCS team ( Baylor ) has not made their way into Denton since 2003?? I know we are set to host K-St next year , but if still have a feeling they will pull out of the deal. Hopefully that new stadium that is being built in 20XX will help land some more big time teams in Denton in home for home or 2 for 1 deals.
