Um , it's the off season. What else can we talk that is not speculation ? I guess my question is , would a K State win be enough to keep TD here as we head into the new stadium ? And I would so choose the 2'11 girl , as long as she is "of age". I like girls with small hands...

What if we are sitting at say , 4 - 7 heading into the K State finale . What if we beat the Wildcats ? Does RV still fire TD after a big win ?

I think we win out and the West , but I also think the Blue Raiders will pull a sweep in Florida and capture the NIT bid

Thursday's game

Very good crowd. Most of the side opposite the benches was full. Crowd was also helped out by nearly 1,000 school kids from area schools ( I saw Frisco & Little Elm ISD there) I wish we had more , hopefully we can get 5K+ Thursday night

Midwestern State was also NAIA for a long time under coach Gerald Stockton , those guys could have competed with anyone in the country I think the difference now a days is that all that Texas talent that use to stay in state is leaving for other opportunities. Everyone's recruiting budget is up and has expanded

Are we in T-Ball now were everyone gets a trophy so nobody's feelings get hurt ? This is BIG TIME COLLEGE FOOTBALL. Coaches get fired all the time , it's part of the job. Good coaches get fired , bad coaches get fired it's just the way of life. This is a profession that takes thick skin, there is no shame in getting fired. If these guys were really fired months ago , but the school/dodge/rv didn't want to announce it because feelings might get hurt then this University is in more trouble than I thought. On the flip side , if they weren't told to look for other jobs , but did anyway it just shows the confidence they have in Dodge turning this thing around. Now we will have 2 coaches who are already behind. Coaches learning players and players learning coaches. Who knows maybe if we brought in 2 coaches earlier in the process they could have made a bigger impact on recruiting Either way it's a bad reflection if you ask me Do we have tutors assigned to our football players ? I know most colleges do and I know Dickey had tutors for certain players... I just don't see how the Cole situation could be so bad unless he just really didn't care A All around POS day for the MeanGreen
