Today's bb recruiting is very different than back in the Trili days. IMO in the past you had to be a good x's and o's coach to be successful because recruiting was not a science. Today's game is more about just getting talent on the floor. I use to think coaching beats talent in sports , but I lean more towards talent beats coaching these days. I know many will probably disagree with me tho That being said , i think RV would be too gun shy to take any more risk. Dodge and Stephens were both risks and both burned him pretty bad.
