The is me venting, but this type of crap really turns me off. Kids think they are Lebron James nowadays. It's completely selfish and shows they're not a team player. I'm not sure I want those types on our team. (and breathe)

Very excited about this upcoming season. If the team can stay healthy, than I think we have a good chance of putting together a successful (20+ wins) season.

I don't dispute that, but more money spent doesn't necessarily mean better recruits. Personally, I'd like to see us make more of an effort to be "cool". Recruits care a lot about image now and I don't think we are doing enough to appeal to them on that level.

Not to be too critical of potentially hiring this guy, but it bugs me just a little bit to even considering a guy who now works at a bank. If he was so good wouldn't he have had other coaching offers?

I don't think more money spent in recruiting equates to more wins. It's obvious by some of the other schools on that list that it's possible to find success with minimal spend. I would rather put more money towards marketing and getting more butts in seats. With that said, I think the move to CUSA will give us much needed resources to improve our marketing efforts.
