I seriously admire you guys for that and wish I could do something to get that out of our current student base.

I guess the whole idea went down the tubes because I called the Talons like I saw them. I'm large too guys. I'm not a fat people hater, I don't enjoy belittling people. If I was to ask you guys to point out Rosie O'Donnell in a pack of about 30 people, would you guys truly not use overweight in your discription? It is a distinguishing characteristic, like it or not. Also there will be others that say I'm trying to make fun of them with me "sense of belonging" comment. Well, again, I call it like I see it. If they were there for spirit, they would not be sitting or gossip, they would be standing and cheering their butts off. This is the only reason I believe them to have a need for belonging, otherwise, it wouldn't piss of the rest of the student base that they take up the best seats just to sit and talk about nothing. I bet if you went up to ask them what the score was at any given point in a game that they would have to look at the scoreboard before telling you. This has to stop whether we do something about it or you guys do. Talons get so offended but I ask you this, try looking at yourselves from the outside and maybe you can appreciate the disappointment coming from the diehard student fans.

Before DD really got to him, Woody would just get it done. When was the last time we had a guy in his first game at UNT come off the bench and drive down for a touchdown against the defending national champions or even just UT for that matter? He has the talent, he can get it done. We have too many DBs as it is. He finished with the highest completion percentage and the highest passer rating of all of our qbs this year while running for his life.

As far as I'm concerned, if Darrell Dickey gets in then J-mo has to go in.

We have quite a few people wanting Woody to switch positions. I would like to know how you guys could convince him to do this? The man came to North Texas over ARKANSAS for the sole reason of being a QB. He is from Fayetteville, AR, he could have played for a BCS team in the SEC with at least a shot at a national title. He would have played with McFadden and gotten a more expensive education(not to say it is any better) for free. Why in the wide world of sports would he play DB for us? If I was him and you guys asked me to be a DB for North Texas, I would have Houston Nutt on the phone before you could finish your sentence.

Put Vizza in last year's offense and I guarantee you he would have been a joke to you as well. It goes without saying and anyone who thinks differently needs to rewatch some of this past year's games.
