Last I read bstn no one was sure if it would. Tonight is Monday night football and it was unclear if they would put on the basketball game on the big screen over MNF. You might call Sneaky Petes to see if they have it.

I truly do not know what to expect for this game. I don't even know who will start for us.... Everyone has been shooting fantastic albeit against lesser competition. We are facing an OSU team with a new coach who didn't exactly man handle UTSA... I think we have more of a chance to win than some seem to think, but we will have to keep turnovers to a minimum. White has had some of his best games against the toughest competition, and Johnson looks fantastic....we definitely have the fire power in the guard spots in Thompson, Dennis, and McCoy .... the big question is whether our forwards and center can control and score at the post. I think that this game could go down to the wire. We'll have to see how our young team handles the pressure.

I was already excited about this game, but are now really pumped up that it will be on TV. A road win against a Big 12 team can give this young team a huge confidence boost for the upcoming very rough road schedule. GO MEAN GREEN!

Both teams actually had several turnovers because of the excessive markings.

I am very interested in the MTSU game... MTSU and UNT are probably equally matched and Houston Baptist is a common opponent....

Looks like Troy is a few minutes away from a loss to UAB. Today isn't shaping up well so far for the SBC.... Hopefully ULL, UNO, and WKU can win tonight. I want our conference ratings high when we enter conference play.

Denver lost to the mighty Northern Iowa.

Denver vs. Northern Iowa UAB vs. Troy WKU vs Houston North Carolina State vs New Orleans Louisiana Tech vs. Louisiana Lafayette Some interesting match ups with several against CUSA....and I love wins over CUSA. The WKU game is especially interesting and should be a decent measuring stick as to where WKU is at right now. I believe that UNO beat NC State last season when they were Top 25. This is should be a great game due to the "pay back" factor.

You may be right CBL. The way I see it though is that JJ recruited and signed him and he needs another year to develop. By throwing him to wolves right away, we would only free up 1 year of scholarship. I'd rather take a chance and reshirt him to see if Knox can develop into a meaningful contributor for several years. This, of course, is all speculation and I can certainly see the argument of not redshirting him (or even signing him altogether - but we are way past that). I hope JJ stops signing project players from here on out. Our team has reached a point where we do not need to this.

Why not, we beat OSU and gave UT a hell of second half scare at UT... all last season.
