One of the best drives I've seen in years from the Mean Green! Nice!

At the peak of my excitement that sports were about to kick up again and feverish euphoria over the current Mean Green team and Riley Dodge, I recently posted a revised win/loss record of 8-4! or maybe it was 10-2? And I may have even crowned the Mean Green as the SBC Champions?? Either way, Mean Green better win this game!!

I always thought we let a really good one get way with Wilson...

I figured Dodge would throw everything and kitchen sink at 'em this season... several high profile signees are planned to redshirt.. a little disappointed, but I am glad Dodge feels confident enough to look to the future. These include Keenan Flax, tight end Austin Fitzpatrick, quarterback Derek Thompson, defensive lineman Kyle White and defensive ends LaChris Anyiam and Tyler Washington.

Anything but Miller Light! Those meat head guys at the Miller Lite tent who think they are bouncers for a night club pissed me off so many times I haven't bought Miller since last year...

Glad to hear the defense is finally starting to get it together! I have no worries about the offense... a solid defense and special teams and we will win a few games....

Sounds like our defense has finally stepped up... story says the defense is dominating the offense the past 2 days.... I hope I hear more this!

They are dogging Thomas and FIU pretty hard... I wish I could say he proves them wrong, but not at our expense. I do hope that Thomas and his new signees up the competition level in Belt both in and out of conference. That will be good for everyone.

I am so excited that our season is about to start (and bored of no sports) that I think will revise my initial prediction from 6-6 to 8-4!!!! Yes, 8-4 baby! Take it to the bank!

My guess is that Dodge needs to win NOW to keep his job. If Flax is the best player at his position, my guess is he plays now.

Is there a attorney here in Mean Green Land that would be willing to file a lawsuit against the NCAA? This is just so ridiculous how smaller schools are treated.

Didn't realize it was a 2'fer.... They may want to renew because they can play a quality team close to home with a chance to win and usually a decent ranking (Top 150).

Glad to see a rivalry building between UNT and OSU. I really like this now annual match up against a quality Big 12 opponent that we are very capable of winning - even on the road.
