Not to worry. ArkState will lose again, probably to WKU who is on fire right now. Even more important we will win out the rest of our schedule. We will win the west!!

I am very surprised about this. There must be more to the story. Thomas started the season playing very well, but he really struggled, especially with his shot, as the season wore on. I figured though that he'd eventually get it together and make an great contribution next season. I wish him the best. I saw an interview with him and he seemed like a nice guy.

Great win. Josh is so clutch in crunch time! Denver played some fantastic defense today. They really shut down George and Eric and smothered our guards. We found a way a to win despite their staunch defense and lights out shooting on 3's. Quality win.

I got my wish. All games went in our favor!

MTSU beats Denver!! Now all we need is WKU to be Ark State and it was the perfect night for us.

FAU does us a favor and beat ULL.

With a win over UNO, plus FAU beating ULL, WKU over ArkState, and MTSU over Denver, things just got even more interesting in the standings... there is a decent shot that this scenario plays out too!! None of these wins would be unexpected.

The SBC has really been all over the place this season. There are some fantastic wins over Top 25 opponents, and the some head-scratching losses. But overall a down year with no team(s) clearly dominating in and out of conference. Somewhat disappointing because it seemed the league showed steady over improvement and started to look like a 2 BID league each season - whether or not we got it, which is another story - or at least 1 NCCA bid and 1 NIT bid.. nonetheless, it does make for exciting conference play.

Shannon Shorter is such a important, key player now.... decent scorer... but his real role is as 2nd field general next to White.... Shorter had 5 assists today with no turnovers... I wish JJ would embrace his offensive slashing abilities a bit more... I still see Shorter get frustrated from time-to-time when he make his cut to the basket and doesn't get the ball... Also, Cam Spencer is starting to make solid contributions.... he looks faster and has cut down the errors, though he is still very prone... great rebounding contribution today (6 rebounds and 1 assist in 11 minutes). One thing I noticed at the FAU game is that his moves are getting faster...Cam did a Odufuwa-like blazingly fast spin move to basket that was so quick I initially mistaked him for Odufuawa....this is nice change from his slow as mud moves. Wouldn't that be great if Cam turns into another 6'8" 250Lb post player that can give some quality minutes, if not this year, then maybe the next...

It's hard to argue that UNT defended well given they put 40 points in the first half; however, it appeared that we really scrambled around and covered well in the man-on-man, and FIU just nailed contested shots... several of those 3 points shots were not contested but they were from NBA range that you normally let them take...

FIU having the shooting game of their life - again - against us. For some reason, I think we will pull this out... as good as they have shot, they haven't pulled away... and we are just getting warmed up with our usual slow start...

got interesting there for a few, but it looks like this one might be over now with the White air ball... great effort and heart though.

I was just about to post the same... and on top of that, Thompson hasn't really gotten going yet...

This looks alot like the WKU game... we start out slow, get behind and step it up close to the end of the first half.

The MUTS feed is great... they use a different company than us... The announcer is slightly behind the video, but it is reasonably clear with only 2 short video delays since the start of the game.

It looks like this will be one of those dreadful games where the refs call everything...and sometimes call when nothing happens... hopefully not... they are tedious games to watch.

Dang. I figured Mean Green Premium would carry the feed, but they don't even have it... I hope that we don't share the UNT feed with MTSU when they are at our house.

This was a fun, memorable game and a fantastic road win against a historically great team in a tough venue to win at... We cannot win the SBC without the services of Tramiel. No one on the team can replace him. We are a different team when he plays 100%.

Ah, I feel better now that we assumed in our usual position of middle of the pack in the SBC. It's felt kind of weird and uncomfortable expecting to win given all of those predictions of us taking the SBC championship

With a USA win over Denver and a Troy win over ULL, we can move into a tie for 2nd place in the West... definitely very possible.... maybe the recently resurgent FAU can do us a favor and beat ArkState, which will put us 2 games out of first place (3 if tied with ArkState).
