Your right.. You just have to wait a while... and after you wait a while, you get to watch video that stops and reloads every 10 seconds... why do have such a crappy video service for our athletics???

Is anyone else having problems with the video? I cannot get it to play. I've watched their friggin M&M ad about 5 or 6 times trying to get the video to show.

Speaking of Josh White, his shot has not been the same in since the ULM game. I don't know if this has been reported: I noticed in close up of him as he shot a free throw in the Denver game that he had a full splint on his pinky finger. A injury finger could fully explain his unusual poor shooting. I didn't notice in the Troy game if he still had this splint or not. Perhaps someone else noticed?

Did anyone else get the Mean Green Athletics email announcement, "Sun Belt Conference Championship Game Watching Parties In Denton" at 10:00pm last night?

Did you all notice that we played zone for much of last night's game. I was very, very impressed with our defense - probably best defensive effort all season? Lock down defense, 7 blocks, 3 steals, and we out-rebounded them. Denver didn't creep out of the 40 point range until toward the end of the game. We just seemed to be in the right spot all night. I can imagine that not chasing their players around the court all night will help with the energy for the Troy game. I am not saying we should completely change up our defense going into the championship game or possibly the NCAA tourney, but, quite frankly, I would not mind seeing more zone tonight.

Don't forget what Denver did to MTSU last night after the break.

I am really impressed with our defense and big men.

It's not skipping... whenever there is a stadium commercial or promo the screen goes black but it comes right back.

Now we seem to be moving around a bit more.

We seem to play catch around the perimeter lately with no movement by the guards. What gives?

They are a hit-and-miss team that relies on the 3 ball. You can only hope that they are not falling when we play them..... unless, of course, our own 3's are falling faster.

Troy might pull this off. I'd rather play Troy than WKU in the championship game.

I always thought that the SBC tournament determined the conference champ, while the regular season determined the division champion?? Me so confused.

That hurt really, really bad. I was actually so pissed off at the time that I wanted to abandon the team, but a cooler head prevailed, of course. Had we one that one, which we clearly should have, we would not have any of the seeding talk. UNT would be #1 no questions asked.
