Disappointed to here that Norris probably won't be an impact player. The rating services had him at 3* ... perhaps he was overrated?

The Creighton feed is HORRIBLE. the audio is about 5 to 15 seconds behind. The video is terrible. Barely watchable.

Very nice. I'm excited already. Will be a truly different schedule starting next season. Hopefully we can get things together with our football program so that we can started winning in CUSA next season.

I just noticed that Austin Mitchell (#10) from Plano HS was added to the official roster. I think I recall reading a post a weeks ago that he was an apparent walk-on.

I hate that we lost Patton. Sound like he was doing quit well if true that he earned a starting position. But all things said, I think we will be alright. Tony Mitchell + Chris Jones + Jordon Williams + Roger Franklin are awesome core to the team... .then throw in Alzee Williams, Jacob Holeman, Brandon Walton and, from the sounds of it, PJ Hardwick and Keith Coleman... and that doesn't even cover all of our players... we are stout.

Ridiculous. DT can't run either and just got sacked on a 4th down. I can't watch this game any longer. To frustrating.

Perhaps the play calling is dull because they don't trust Thompson to throw the ball? We have no deep threat whatsoever and he can't seem to lob the ball consistently even to a receive who is 8 yards away. Have you considered this? The calls are created for the strengths and limitation of the QB.

Absolute head scratchers. Why not stick with higher percentage plays (certainly not one that relies on Thompson's passing) and your star player (Jimmerson). Or just take the damn points with a field goal.

Why the hell did brown get running play instead of Jimmerson on 3rd down and 3. Did our coaches tire of the big runs? And then Thompson overthroughs the receiver on 4th down. Go figure.
