I don't what happen, but the refs are calling every ticky tack foul in the second half.... just kills the flow of the game....

The USA/WKU game is a pretty good game... back and forth... fast pace.... 52-50 USA with just under 10:00 to play.... WKU fighting back....

yahoo now has this 34-13 ULAR with about 3 minutes left in the first half.... This pipe dream just died... ULAR will win this one....

apparently the ESPN ticker for this game is stuck.....

USA up 41-30 at halftime. For some reason I am rooting for USA. Maybe b/c we already beat them... maybe b/c WKU beat us... maybe both....

31-25 USA with under 5 minutes left in first half.

USA is playing well against WKU in front of a sold out WKU home crowd. WKU is still very much in the game..... the game is being played at a frenetic pace....Very competitive game, but over the last few minutes USA has pulled away just a bit.... 24-17 USA with 7:48 in first half.

Some important games tonight - several with SBC West implications. First, WKU and USA battle it out. This game is televised on Fox College Sports (FCS) Atlantic (on Verizon, it is channel 300) at 7:00pm CST. Next, MTSU visits Denver. We definitely want a MTSU win, which will help separate the cluster of teams tied for 2nd. Finally, Ark State plays at ULAR. Given the presumed chaos with Ark State b/c of Nutt's untimely departure, I don't give Ark State much of a chance, but I really hope they will upset ULAR for us. Again, a win by Ark State will further cement us as the 2nd place team in the West with an opportunity to knock ULL out of first place with a road win against them on Feb 28.

I think Emmit there is this idea of intent that explains the situation....

Can anyone tell me what happened to Josh White's shot the past 3 games? Man did he lose it fast...Josh was one our most reliable, non-streaky, shooters..... I sure hope he finds it again come tourny....

Ben Bell's play has been nothing short of phenomenal this season....

The damn 3 ball is not falling again... we always seem to lose on the road in combination with poor 3 ball shooting... heck with the 3, feed the BIGS like we did last game!!!
