The Heart of Dallas Bowl has a larger payout than the Armed Forces Bowl. Sold.

The Hawaii Bowl typically goes to the loser of the C-USA Championship game. I think it's a terrible bowl - Christmas Eve Day in a location most folks can't afford to go with two weeks notice.

Heart of Dallas bowl goes to the #4 C-USA team. Right now we are #5 = Beef O' Brady Bowl. Of course there is flexibility on that, but I don't think we have to win out to go to Dallas. BTW, Armed Forces Bowl in Ft. Worth is more prestigious (IMO).

Last year six win teams that went to a bowl: SMU Central Mighigan VA Tech Rice Michigan State Ole Miss Duke Minnesota Air Force Iowa State Purdue Pittsburgh

Yes, but I still don't understand why the NCAA has not stepped in and say "WE will be crowning the FBS champion, just like we do for every other sport on every other division." They just surrender the championship of the most popular sport in the country.

It's the camel's nose under the tent. They can't do a 4-team playoff for long. We're just a few years from a playoff where all conferences get at least one team in, like basketball.

I am impressed by this team's ability to come back when they are down. And we've been in it at the end of every loss this season.

I thought visitors were Section L, according to their website. I can't seem to buy a ticket online - so I'll have to walk up.

I think we will beat LA Tech on the road, and then we go to beat the snot out of a very bad Southern Miss. If so, the nationally-televised Halloween game becomes our Bowl-Eligibility game and we have a great opportunity to fill the stadium.

Very convenient - we're having dinner across the street that night. We'll stop in at 711 to celebrate our victory.

I was very sick last week during my trip to PIT. I wound up going to the Minute Clinic at CVS, in and out in 20 minutes (false advertising?). I was diagnosed with an ear infection, sinusitis, and an upper respiratory infection. In the end my co-pay was $20 and my prescriptions were $2.73 Stay out of the Emergency Room unless you are Mostly Dead.
