The team is young. Not losing many starters. Next year will be better regardless of the QB situation. We may find out however, that a good QB is already on the squad but no one knows it yet.

I agree 100%. Knowing he had the OSU game following week dictated actions against us that he would not have done otherwise. Keeping the starters in longer being one major effect. He has to get them ready any way possible. Unfortunate scheduling on our part.

Sorry but 8 pics after a D-1 game is pitiful. Especially when game is against defending Natl Champions. There has to be another site to view at least 200 plus game pics. Somebody tell me where.

Don't mean to poo poo on anybody here but A&M definitely has the best facilities I have seen. UT close but not as new as A&M. I would venture to say that A&M has better facilities than all of the NFL teams. The cult popularity is alive and well in Collie Station! Mailbox money rolls in daily.

Hey Debbie, Don't be so hard on yourself. I am a new MG Fan and had a cool experience Saturday with the UNT band (Green Brigade). After the game ended, the UT band did their usual "Eyes of Texas" rendition then beat if for A/C. After they were gone, the Green Bridgade played at least two songs with the pom, pom girls cheering. The sound and quality was great as to be expected. What was really neat was the number of UT fans who were in the area and listening with smiles on their faces. They really appreciated that show of spirit and the quality of music! You guys are first class!!! Thanks for doing your part to support UNT!!!

Yes there were mistakes and numerous issues/problems that could have, would have changed the score at the end. Bottom line, not realistic that we would have won the game. We just played the defending National Champions who happen to have a shot at repeating and we were in their house. Really tough odds. What I liked (as already noted by several) was the fight the Team had and the fact that I did not see any players lay down/quit at any point. I am excited about the future of UNT football. With the facilities improvements, we will be more competitive recruiting. How awesome would it be to play the Texas' and OUs' in the NEAR future and have a legitimate chance to upset them!! Let's all stay positive and do our part!!! PS. quality recruits may be reading these posts

Ok, I will bet every last penny I have that if we............................................... have one more point on the scoreboard at the end of regulation, UNT wins!!!! PS. I really feel confident in making this bet. Any takers?

hey Zeke! something about Tune is intriguing. He came from nowhere, ran circles around a 4A MVP (Harrell) in the THSCA All-Star game and didn't even know the spread offense prior to that game. Tune in the All-Star game due to Celina winning State Championship ( Celina coaches selection) vs THSCA selection committee invitee. All state champions get to send a player to that game. Tune is different. My hunch thats all. No inside info.

Then after we do all that, we can go to "Dirty Martins Kumback Burger" for an awesome milkshake or head on out to "The Oasis" to catch a great view/sunset and a buzz.....er a cold beverage I mean!! Can't forget 6th Street to see all the college coed hotties and weirdos like only Austin can serve up. Austin is my kinda town!! Regardless, we can rest assured our beloved "Mean Green" and coaching staff will leave their all on the field. We can be very proud of that!! They worked their tails off during "2 a days"! PS. one other little nugget for a great Austin experience is "Dry Creek Saloon" on Mt. Bonnell road. Not open many hours but when you can catch them open, what a hoot!! No other atmoshpere like it!

Oh, forgot to say that we should all stay Tuned!!
