  6. Go eat some doughnuts.
  7. aggresive he would bring some fire for recruiting. Great offinsive mind. Big program experiance. And a winner.
  8. You're right. It must be the earthquake messing with my head.
  9. This could be fun. Here's another - Bill O'Boyle Chadron State College - Div II Head Football Coach O’Boyle has long been recognized as an exceptional offensive line coach, both from a technique and a motivational standpoint. Under his direction, the Eagles switched from the offset I to the spread formation as their basic offense. The wide open style of play has found favor with both the players and the fans. A key to the success has been the ability of the Eagles to both run and throw the ball effectively. A native of Des Moines, O’Boyle is a member of “a football family.” Four of his five brothers have been or are high school head football coaches and the other one has been an assistant coach. Currently 7-0, Beat Montana State - their 'body bag' game ($40,000 - just enough to buy new uniforms) and Montana State beat Colorado.
  10. James Joseph "Jim" Harbaugh (born December 23, 1963 in Toledo, Ohio) is a former American football quarterback who played for the Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, San Diego Chargers and finally the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Bears out of the University of Michigan with the 26th pick in the first round of the 1987 NFL Draft. Currently he is the head football coach at the University of San Diego 2006 record 7-0 and co-owner of Panther Racing in the Indy Racing League.
  11. Close to being the scariest thing I have been through and that includes a couple of tornados. Minor damage at my house but heavy structural damage at the resort we were staying at for the weekend. We all are safe and no fatalities on the Island and the power just came back on.
  12. I dont know if this has been said but her it goes. Put Woody and Meagar on the field at the same time. Novel thought right. Ok so you have both Woody and Jamario In the back feild or split out Quinn out there too. We can use Woody like New Orleans does Bush. It would open up the secondary for Quinn and at the same time get more men off the line of scrimmage. Which would help the O-Line and the run game. Many opions here just think about it.

  14. Found this - History Of Golden Hurricane A Hurricane In Tulsa? The origination of The University of Tulsa nickname - Golden Hurricane - came in 1922. A new football coach, Howard Acher, came to town and inherited a slew of nicknames dating back to 1895. Past Tulsa teams were referred to as Kendallites, Presbyterians, Tigers, Orange and Black, and Tulsans. In the fall of 1922, the team nickname was "Yellow Jackets," which was apparently due to the fact that the team was wearing new black and yellow uniforms instead of the traditional orange and black. The team opened the season and it was apparent that Tulsa was going to have a great year, and trying to seize some publicity for his team, Acher wanted to find a new nickname quickly. After a remark was made in practice one day about "roaring through opponents," and because of their new jersey colors, he thought of Golden Tornadoes. However, he quickly found out that the name had been taken by Georgia Tech a few years earlier. From the tornado, he evolved meteorologically to the hurricane. A few days before the team left for a game against Texas A&M, Archer asked the squad to vote on the name, and thus "Golden Hurricane" was born. The wind does blow in Tulsa - It's Tulsa's homecoming Saturday so parking will be difficult.
  15. The best place is north of the stadium. parking sucks and what ever you do dont park at taco bell they will tow your car. Look for the white haired guy set up at the northeast endzone parking lot. That would be my stepdad and my brothers father they should have cold beer hot dogs and burgers. So if you see a white haired guy cooking over there ask him if he is Woody tell him Brian sent you!!!!!! HE WILL HAVE A COLD BUD FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!! GO MEAN GREEN BEAT TULSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And always remember Tulsa ALWAYS follows a good year with a bad one.
  16. I know OU dropped in at least one poll.
  17. Looked alot better with Wilson I agree run some more plays designed for him.Not a big fan of switching QB's every other series.
  18. All it takes is all you've got!!! Leave it on the field boys!
  19. i was told he tried to come back to practice the day after surgery but coaches would not let him. soundds like a tough guy to me
  20. Yes with a cast like brace and caught passes also.
  21. The decision to sell beer / alcohol inside the stadium at Tulsa football games has been reversed. Too much distraction from the program was listed as the cause for the reversal.
  22. Tulsa will NOT be selling beer inside the stadium. Last weeks announcement of beer sales inside the stadium has caused such controversey that school officials have now pulled the beer sales. They said that the subject has caused too much distraction for Coach Kragthorpe, the team and the game. Alcohol will now be sold outside the stadium during pregame festivities.
  23. LOL!!!!!!!!!! That was in the 80's 83 if I'm correct.
  24. Karma it spreads
