Good news, two of the three are taller than 6'11". Bad news, one is from New Jersey and the other is from New York. So, I think they'll move back east. The third guy is a 6'4" forward from San Antonio.

#37 on the juco 100. if his concern is playing time, then i think us and southern miss are his best options and southern has already signed a pf who is #70 on the list. he's from georgia, so usm would be getting closer to home.

i also thought james jones did well, but he was beat on the interception play. it was dt underthrowing the receiver that resulted in the pick. i was pleased with mckinney (sp?) at center for the plays that i watched. he's way too heavy right now, but i thought he did well against the first team d and when he got his hands on someone he controlled them. he probably needs to drop 30-35 lbs. mcnulty impressed me, but the fumbles left a bad taste in my mouth. i also thought buyers did pretty well, especially against the run.

I thought dt and bb had similar arm strength, if bb's was stronger then it wasn't by much. Where I thought he was better was in his release and decision making. They were much quicker than dt's or mcnulty's, in my opinion. He isn't playing at the level I think he will be come the end of fall. I liked his escape ability and the pump fake on his over throw was better than ve seen in a while too. I can see the ability that got him ranked 15 dual threat qb. He just needs more time.

Mcnulty definitely looked the best and he was against the first team d. O-line came out strong and then struggled the rest of the game.

Yea, not too exciting. The best line I heard was from Andrew Powers who happened to be behind me as I was leaving. He told someone on the phone that the game was over and "...if I had a gun I would of shot myself.". Also, he cut all his hair off. As far as attendance, I would guess 2500-3000.
