yes, we called the timeout with 1:27. going back and watching that sequence again and assuming they call the same plays and decide to run the ball, we could of been receiving the kickoff with about 2:45 left on the clock and no timeouts. last night it wasn't as clear to me, but today we definitely should have used our timeouts. also, while watching the last kickoff again I don't think the ball would have gone out of bounds. brelan caught the ball about 4 yds away from the sideline. I think he made the right decision by catching it. however, they had been pooching it the whole night and we had both guys standing in the middle of the field at the 5. they should have been standing on the 10 in their normal positions and then a good return might have been possible. instead brelan has to slide just to catch the ball.

None! I totally forgot about this. I was livid about this.

Also, if you go back to around the 10 minute mark of the 4th quarter (maybe a little before) they had a a penalty walked off against them and the clock KEPT RUNNING! We lost around 25 seconds. I thought for sure someone would see it on our sideline and tell the refs, but they didn't. How do we not have someone watching the clock for things like that. A little home cooking for Ohio.

Not really his fault, but probably would have given us at least points. - At the roughly 10 minute mark the clock ran while the officiating crew walked off at penalty against us. Cost us 20-25 seconds. Not that it would have mattered, but who knows. this was wrong. just watched it again and they started the clock after resetting the ball. - Poor decisions by DT. Screen at the end of the game that was covered (throw it away) and the last INT, plus others. I'm not going to say that we should of won this, but we I think we let this one get away.

that sucks! i hope he's okay. hopefully everything goes well with his recovery and he's good as new next year.

Lets not forget this team put up just 21 against New Mexico. Did they dumb down their offense to barely beat unm or play up for their first home game, in front of a big crowd against a big xii team? I think it's somewhere in the middle. They had a good game today.

I was debating if I liked them or not. I think they're necessary for them, because no one knows who they are yet and it shows them exactly where they are located on the helmet. I think they will change these in 5 years or so. Not bad, but it could be way better.

Because of a dvr mishap, I missed the ball state show. However, I just watched the utsa show and Soza seems to be good, but no one else stuck out. Contain Soza and it should be cake.
