I'm pissed because the d gives up 7 the whole game and plays great, but when the games on the line they fold like a house of cards.

The last one I have on my dvr is from 9/20. So, this will have been the second week in a row it hasn't aired. Wtf?

DeSoto coach Claud Mathis was interviewed and half of it was spent talking about Desmon White and they mentioned that he committed to North Texas and Mathis complimented the North Texas coaching staff and specifically "Coach Mac" for being a good staff, recognizing the talent and offering him. Then the lady on there mentioned that our offer would probably "open the flood gates" in reference to scholarships offers almost implying that he would be able to chose someone else later and then Renner mentioned that he wanted Syracuse (his alma mater) to offer him. Just thought it was some good pub for the school and the team.

Them winning is the best thing that could of happened for us. Now, none of the players should expect this to be win. With the bye week and Tulane playing as well as they did there is no excuse for anyone on our team to show up unprepared.

Proud of the performance today! It was a lot closer than the final score. However, there is someone on this board who thought this was just another game where we got "throttled" by another top 10 team.

ball state had a good player that was close to that size and so does texas tech. the smaller players are showing up more and more these days.

I agree that it will be hard to sell families on this. in my case I would have to get off work early, go grab the family, turn around and drive an hour to get to the game, hopefully get there around 6ish (but probably not), trick or treat with the little one for 15-20 minutes, watch a half of football and leave because that's going to put us at about 8:15 and drive an hour back so the little one can get to bed and go to school the next day. the tailgate trick or treating might be an option for those taking off from work early or for those that live near to denton, but not for the others. and even if they live close they will need to leave the game early to get the kids home or at least the younger kids home.
