    i love our school and believe it gave us a great education, but it's hard for me to believe that we have any chance on this guy when it looks like every ivy league school but harvard has offered him.

    Tech's board is saying both will be announced as new members of Tech's staff. Harrell as OC and Mainord as WR coach. My friend from Tech says no one that is usually in the know has confirmed.

    How accurate is this guy? 5th round? Don't get me wrong I love Wilson, but I never thought he'd get drafted?.

    Why wouldn't we want a dfw coach? Aren't we wanting to hit this area harder than east, West or south Texas?

    i would say 99% of the universities that recruit athletes use the female students as a recruiting tactic. utsa and utep might not because nobody will believe them when they say they have attractive females on campus.

    that's a new event though (i think last year was the first year), called the scrappy's or something. i believe there was something else for alumni/boosters back in the day.

    Hear Tech has their eye on him. No offer yet but they're interested. Something to keep an eye on.

    It's our school. Most students don't make it across 35 for a game. Why did people think they would ride a bus 18 total hours in the span of about 48 hours? To call our fan base fair weather fans would be generous.

    sometimes i really hate about half the students out there (maybe more). this is probably the works of someone who graduates in 2018. also, people who don't vote for this for the most part won't come back to the school after graduation more than twice. i would say a driving factor for alumni to come back to the school is athletics and the students who vote no won't care to come back.

    My suggestion would be to move up north where more people care about marching band. Halftime is for bathroom breaks, food and beer.
