You're damn right MG! I don't know how long you've had to endure this JayDub, but quitting on your team is bush league. You can't just pick and choose when to be a fan of the team you love. Being a fan is dealing with the s*** like last year and the bad times from here on, then when things turn around you've go something to be proud of,like the Mav's. Now, I'm assuming that you're just venting right now and you'll be back next week, I hope. Let's say we beat La. Tech (which I thinkwe will), how many people would have been happy with that at the beginning of the year, a 2-3 OOC record? From the polls that were on the sight earlier this season about our OOC record predictions and our season record predictions not many people expected us to be better than 1-4 OOC and 6-6 overall. We've played three teams that won a part of their conference (one better than ours) and two of those three won their bowl games and we've played them at their stadium with basically a freshman qb, freshman cb's, a horrible o-line and a unimaginative coach. Things aren't good, but their not that bad either. Now, I'm going to leave you with one thing...I'm a big believer in fate and I got a good feeling about this.

DD was only looking creative tonight, because we were down by 20-26 pts and he was trying to make up the deficit. Next week it will be back to the same conservative approach, that's just how he is. Nothings going to change.

If the teams are leaving from the east, then wouldn't the team to replace them have to go to the east?

I believe our recruiting would be better if we moved to CUSA and as a result of that the we would be able to compete with the top teams in the CUSA. This would be great for us!

I guess the reason it takes so long for the play to get to the qb and the delay of game penalties are the result of a "ask again later" answer.

Maybe playing the same defensive scheme back to back will give us enough time to make changes to our offense After all, how can someone be expected to make pin point the problem, find a solution to the problem and then implement the solution in one game? That's just ridiculous.

Your exactly right! It seemed that early in the game the Tulsa defense was sitting back, expecting WW to run or maybe play action pass and JT was able to have a little room. Then Tulsa realized that we weren't trying to set something up, we're just stubborn. After they realized we weren't going to stop running the ball, it was church. The O-line was bad, but the play calls made them look worse. We need to spice it up or we're going 5-7. The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. Also, who actually makes the play calls for offense, I would think DD would have last word on that decision? If DD thought they were bad plays being called, why wouldn't he veto and call a different play, after all it's his job that's on the line. I would think that since RF is fairly young, his offensive ideas would be more modern and creative. Does anyone know who makes the play calls?

Like Craig "Junior" Miller, he doesn't even pretend to show interest in anything NT is doing. I've even heard him say "...your North Texas..." when talking to George. Whats up with that?

Why does it matter whether or not a recruit expresses intrest in NT? If a bigger school wants that recruit their going to go after him whether we gave him an offer or not, right?

Can't that happen to La. Mon., Ark. St. and Indiana? What stops the bigger colleges from taking recruits away from us in December or January?

One of the reasons why is probably because it's easier for the students to get the new green shirts.

Why is it that the HS players won't even consider NT when looking at colleges to play for? I was looking over the rivals area top 100 recruits on DMN and there is only one player that has us on his list! I'm not expecting verbals or anything like that, but at least to show up on their list. These are two star athletes, nothing special and yet La. Mon., Wyoming, Ark. St. and Indiana have made more lists by far then we do. What the F? Whats our problem, they just want to get away from the Metroplex to play? I don't understand, someone explain this to me. On a side note, it looks like Indiana has increased it's recruiting in the D/FW area quite a bit. rivals area 100

The game we have the best chance to win and the one I would like to win the most is, the Tulsa game. If we can win this game it would avenge last years game and also help us out with Oklahoma recruiting. This is a big game for me and it should be for the team as well.
