I don't know what the attendance was in numbers, but to put it into words, it was F***ING PATHETIC!! I can't believe how low the turn out was for our Homecoming, our f***ing Homecoming! The attendance tonight was a slap in the face to our players who go out there and leave everything they have on the field. There are some legitimate reasons for missing the game, but UT vs OU and not liking DD or RF are not legitimate reasons! If we want better recruits, we need more than 15k (which is hard to believe) in the f***ing stands!

Maybe the only thing that the coaches can do to get the players back on their side is to pull a "Necessary Roughness" on them and say that DD (Coach Generro) is in the hospital and Bleil (Coach Rig) has to take over. This will motivate them enough to win out for the rest of the season, including a NO bowl win, where Bleil will be carried off the field on the teams shoulders. Not to make light of DD's health, I hope he is feeling fine.

I don't think this situation has anything to do with collegiate licensing, Canton is full of people with trades (embroidery, wood work, etc..), so most of the merchandise sold is made by the merchants. From my understanding, the merchants could not make anything using UNT's logo or font. Isn't this more of a trade mark thing?

Does anyone know what the universities policy is about selling naming rights is? I have some friends that went to Canton for First Monday and they said there was all sorts of Texas college paraphernalia (UT, A & M, TT, etc..), but hardly any NT stuff. When my friends asked, the people said that they could not get NT's naming rights. First, is this true, does NT not like to sell their naming rights? Second, if this is true, why would they do this?

My vote would be for Todd Dodge, but I believe colleges have been trying to get him for a couple of years and he has declined. He even talked to the Cowboys about one of their position coaches. R.C. would be a great choice, if only for his recruiting.

I graduated in the winter of 04 and I am a first year MGC member. I did this after the worst season that the team has had since me following them and the reason why I did this is because the money is needed now. If people wait until our team gets to their approvement this thing is just going to get worse. If you have the money, I beg you to use it to support the school, your school. Please!

I would say that Tech's academics are respected and with that being said, give me Tech's situation.
