one of the best things about this game is that i don't think they played their best game...they played well, but could be better. williams wasn't on, bell wasn't on and they had a lot of turnovers and easy put backs missed...sure wooden (a third team sunbelt player??) and white were bad ass, but the team as a whole can and will probably get better. this is going to be a good and exciting season. if wooden keeps this up, he could find his way into the bottom half of the draft. great win!

i was pumped about the win, but do you think we should of went hoosiers at the end and storm the court with white on his team mates shoulders. this is one of our biggest wins, but that might have been a tad too much. hail to the dubs! (wooden and white)

I'm not sure, but I think I saw Casey Fitzgerald taking a picture with a fan after the game on the field. These guys all seem to be class acts.

If your offense is sputtering, then you've come to the right defense or should I say the right defensive coordinator, he's been known to revive offenses before.

Did they advertise anywhere that you could get in free with your football ticket anywhere? If so, I must have missed it and was very happy to find out that I didn't have to pay for my nephew and I. I think if they would have advertised this a little better there might have been more fans.

Not much of a differenc in offensive production between the two halfs except for the two interceptions. Also, Vizza didn't seem to run the ball as much as he did in the first half, I thought this helped open up some passing lanes early on.

A LOT OF NAVY FANS!!! At first I thought it was just in the visiting section and the north endzon, but when I moved to the hospitality deck I notices they probably had close to 1000 on the alumni side.

That's a big boy...considering he'll probably add another inch and 10-15 lbs. by next football season. That's the kind of size we need to start landing for our offensive and defensive lines.

The part I thought made TD sound like a great guy to have as a coach was what Evan Feintriss had to say about not releasing what the players issues were to the public/media and not throwing them under the bus. TD said he wouldn't do something like in one of his first interviews as our head coach and he seems to be true to his word.

FWIW I think these are just digruntled players having a hard time adjusting to a new coach, but I'll be interested to hear the outgoing seniors opinions. Once they've graduated and they don't have the weight of scholorship hanging over their head.
