i didn't see him that game, but he did not do well against abilene in the playoffs when riley went down.

Just wondering if any good news came from the camp held this weekend? Maybe a couple of 3* commitments on the offensive and defensive line?

This was going to be my pick as well. This guy, if he's as accurate as advertised, could give us at least 3-6 points a game and maybe take away some points from the other teams by pinning them back on kick offs or at least giving our kick coverage another half second or so to get down there. I also expect Fentriss to have a great year.

I say give The Tomato their own station inside the stadium. This would give them a place to make some money while they find a new location and us a place to eat their pizza...at least during the season.

What about Bryant Siedel, he's got decent size 6'3", 230 and his freshman year was one of the fastest players on the team as a TE? He could provide some depth.

DCTF has him under the Best of the Rest for WR's. Except he's listed as 6'/180/4.5.

My point was that most kids want to go home for the summer and if they live in Houston, Austin or Oklahoma there is little chance of them making the workouts in Denton. I didn't know that they weren't there and I don't care either, if the biggest problem we have is 3 local players not showing up for for optional workouts, then we're in pretty good shape. Do you have a problem with everyone from Southlake or just the players?

This is another benefit to recruiting players from the DFW area, the closer they are to Denton the more apt they would be to workout with the team in these optional summer workouts.

One time at Tyler State Park I was camping with some friends and while walking to the bathrooms I looked over to the camp site next to us and saw the campers with their two pit bulls off their leashes, the next thing I saw was the female pitt sprinting towards me. I new not to run and just kept walking at a normal pace, hoping that the dog would stop and go back to the owners who were yelling at her, but the pitt didn't, it lunged at me full speed and bit my leg, luckily it didn't latch on and only left me with a few puncture holes in my calf. After that the dog ran back to its yelling owners, I was in high school and I guess in shock because all I did was ask them if the dog had it's shots a continued to the bathroom. By the time I got back from calming my self down in the bathroom and walked back by their camp site they had packed their s*** and left. I agree that the longer those idiots tamper with these dogs, that the more attacks will happen, but I don't getting rid of the breed is the best answer. We should get rid of the f***ing morons who train these dogs to have hair trigger tempers. Those dildo's should be put in a cage with other peoples pitts and have to fend for themselves. For the most part the people who are drawn to pitt bulls are stupid and irresponsible people who shouldn't be breeding themselves let alone dogs. The sad thing is that the longer these fu**s train pitts to be like this more and more diluted the breed becomes with bad apples and eventually should probably be done away with.
