Ideally I would like to have those two at the guard positions, but I noticed last year that the guards did quite a bit of pulling, do you think Holivay and Jenkins will have the stamina or quickness to do that?

I don't believe JJ Johnson is hurt, it's a little confusing, but that article says he will have a story about JJ and tell us about the teams mounting injuries.

Maybe I'm being selfish, but I'd like to see him this season. It looks like he'd be back in time for the conference portion of the schedule.

I don't know about 3-5 k going to watch college hockey. The AAC was only about 75% full for most of the Stars games this year. After the newness wore off the crowds would be tiny.

There are three players on the roster who are 156 lbs or lighter. Check that there are four on the roster who are 152 or less (ones a place kicker though).

If that's wrong, then I apologize, I was basing it off a comment you made after I suggested the number of players attending voluntary workouts would increase because the number of DFW recruits had increased, you then said (roughly) if that's so, then where are the SLC players. That just seemed strange to point out one school specifically.

Practice starts at 7pm everyday this week (helmets today, shells Wednesday and Thursday and full pads Friday) and should be open.

I don't think PHS Coach likes the players that came from SLC either.

Do the linemen seem more spread out than last year in that one picture or is that just because of the drill they're running?

Nice! A new business building should bring more promising business men/women to NT and when they graduate...they will donate more money! I've got fond memories of the Buis. Admin. Bldg., but it's time for a change...a good one.

Track is a quick sport, but I'm not going to pay to watch it. I think with the talent the state has NT would be able to compete on a national level faster than in soccer and two sport atheletes would consider us a viable option. I believe we lost out on a football/baseball recruit last year.

Since the play clock is basically like the NFL then the QB's and Head Coach's/OC's should have the one way headsets like the NFL.

Didn't we have a problem with delay of game penalties last season or at least cutting it real close a lot of the time?

He's not going to play football in college...he's going to be playing baseball for McClennan CC in Waco.

DCTF shows Ryan Boutwell as a SS (thats probably a typo) and list him at 6'3" 230 with a 4.9 40. I'm with good ken, hopefully he turns out like our last signee from China Springs.
