i thought you were a realist TFLF? you know most of these guys wouldn't take the coaching job at NT and there is a reason why some of them have been long time assistant coaches. while these guys are good recruiters, i don't know how they would be as coaches. look where good recruiting and bad coaching has got a&m and notre dame?

the only problem i have with the TFLF posts are that they are usually 2-3 sentences worth of content stretched into 300 words, it's like talking to my wife. he must have really excelled in english in his early years with this talent. besides that, he does nothing but state the obvious and most of it is true. yes, we are one of the lower tier schools. yes, todge has disappointed in his first two years. yes, we know the basics of recruiting. just get to the point, you're not getting paid by the word. this goes for some others on this board as well though.

regrdless of who took this position, it will be an improvement. also, i'm happy that the coach of the only area that did well last year will be in charge of it.

that's quite an endorsement..."we're not playing horrible". four in a row is four in a row, the previous four weren't all against SEC teams. this is a horrible stretch of basketball.

I don't know who will win (i would bet on mccoy), but I would triple play Tebow not winning it twice (at least not this year). Tebow will be compared to Archie Griffin (not even close) by the voters and decide he wasn't as good as him, casting their vote for one of the others. Also, the voters will take in to account the fact that Tebow could have another year and eventually become the first three time Heisman winner if he were to win this year. Not to mention he didn't have as good as a year as either of the other two and his numbers were lower than last year.

it sounds like this is going to be the ticket jr.. they already have big dick hunter too.

is it normal to give walk ons a redshirt year or are they only considered as receiving red shirt because they didn't play?

the only reason i can come up with for not bringing him back is because of our lack of schollies, besides that it's just wrong, on different levels.

I've got a couple of suggestions. We could do the whole first letter from the first name and first syllable from the last name and call him G-Od or God for short. Is that blasphemous? We could use the G. O. thing, but call him Go. Or maybe use his first letters in his last name and call him O.D. everyone could bring pictures of Odie to the game.

i'm waiting to see if any position coaches (not brought by dodge) or even deloach leaves this off season. if none leave then maybe they think dodge is doing a decent job, if any bail then it would definitely give credence to those who say he doesn't know his ass from a whole in the ground.

Another thing that was bothering me was all the unnecessary extra passes once they penetrated. It seemed that when our guards could get in the lane they made a short pass/hand off and our big men would more times than not fumble the ball and miss an easy put back. It looked to me like the guards had easy shots/layups and passed them up.

I'm shocked that we shot that well from the line. It seemed to me like they were hitting 50%, 60% isn't that bad for us. We were sooo cold from outside 15 feet tonight, that and the fact our perimeter defense was weak to quite weak were the main reasons we lost the game.
