what should be the next atheletic project on the agenda after the stadium is completed? indoor practice facility for football, golf course for the men and women's golf teams, baseball program...what? i think we're in desperate need for a indoor practice facility. not only is it something else for the recruits to see that we've stepped up our game (plus, a third of the high schools these days have their own), but it will also give the team a chance to practice when the weather isn't cooperating.

we obviously sign another qb, but from where depends on his ability. preferably a hs qb, but if another juco is the best option then juco it is.

a-lr's uniforms must be the worst in the ncaa. they look like they were handed down from the late 80's.

first of all...welcome, it's good to have you! now i have a question for you...why are you interested in UNT football all of a sudden? new student? friend/family member of a student/athelete? follower of dan mccarney? just curious. and once again, nice to have you!

maybe the clamp-on chairbacks can be the thing they offer the lower donation levels instead of having the option to go to the deck?

why do you keep bringing up other schools? we shouldn't have one because they don't? who cares? we had something that i thought was a nice benefit to those that can't afford to the seats in the cl. the deck didn't look good, but niether did fouts, so they were a good match. i thought the ac would've been giant step up from the wood framed oasis at fouts and would have been an addition to the stadium, not cheapen it.

i think the question is...would the roof be able to support it?

that's my guess on what those will do, but i don't think they will just refill their cups, they just won't bother to walk back to the stadium and choose to tailgate where their drinks are free. i always took my guest there and they loved it and so did i, it saved me the trouble of having to run to my car at halftime. plus, half of the people there were people you don't want sitting next to during a tense moment in the game, because they were just there to socialize and paid no attention to the game. i don't see why there couldn't be a deck and club level seating. how many people with club level seating only did it because of the full bar? personally, i would rather sit closer to the game and have the option to get a beer than to sit higher up and have full access to a full bar. flasks will definitely be a big player in the 2011 season. this really disappoints me and takes away one of my reasons for donating at my current level.

it was answered earlier...he was a 3* in rivals, but a 4* in scout. besides, getting 4*'s are nice, but it's not everything. want to take a guess on how many 4* recruits tcu and boise have got in the last five classes, including 2011 (if they stay committed)? tcu has 7 and boise has 1. it's what you do with them once they get on campus and i don't have a problem with what he did with our running backs over the last 4 years. also imo, i thought gandy had a great eye for talent and is very well known in mississippi where he signed some good players.

this section intrigues me...i'm in. if this doesn't work out, then i would like to have the exact same neighbors i had in fouts.

tap the brakes, dude. june jones is awesome, but his qb's are good because of the system. i think it's genius that he talks to the qb's after every play, this way he can tell them things he sees going on and suggest where to throw the ball.
