Yep i am fine with it. You should have to earn the right to represent our school. Two years five wins maybe next year they should just get pants and pads with no jerseys, i am still thinking thinking if they deserve helmets or not. I would like all dark green unis with no names with dark green helmets to match. no logos or names.

Didnt DD say that all the players liked the black unis back in week one. I remember during a the pregame interview before UT he said that the black ones are prefered by the players, and all my player freinds say that the black unis are there favorite. When i was at rice yesterday it was thier homecoming and they are trying to get a bowl bid for the first time in forever, and their posted attendence was 12,000. when i pulled up i thought the game was over because you could clearly see the inside of the stadium and there were like 5,000 people there. Not everybody likes football, to get them out you have to win or play winning teams 3-7 vs 3-7 ummm i think i am going to spend my night with my grandmother knitting.

TCU took two overtimes to beat UTA. UtA is underrated but we should still be 4-0.

I went to the Rice game and it was fun so I am going to the only game close enough to drive in a day. I will be going to the SFA game it is less than a 4 hour drive. Its during the middle of deadweek so it is perfect for students. Get 6 hours of study in the car, no class, see UNT win, and cheap. Just let me know if you are interested. also if anyone is already going i would like to know because at the rice game we were spread apart and it would be nice to sit together.

I just got back from the Rice game and we still yet have played a complete game. Every newspaper is saying we stole one but we were in control most of the game. Watson and Sturns picked up the scoring and wooden played a good game. Mangrum is still playing offense like a scared freshman but his d is solid. if we didn't turn the ball over as much as we did we would have won by 20. Herald is still playing like garbage and Q is stepping up. Young played great filling in for Davis but he got timid at times. And i am still not a fan of Bell he never looks to score or attack and he holds the ball way way too long. We should be 4-0 and if we keep getting better we will beat tulsa.

My normal 5 and I will be Houston watching life without KD when the basketball team beats rice. Attendance will be bad with a lot of students going home early for thanksgiving break and the fact that we are playin one of the f_u teams. will be 6,000 with the aunouncer saying 10,500.

I am not jumping to any conclusions yet because there has not been an official report yet. however if he is out anything past a month than my hopes for a great season has gone down the drain. But i still think there is a chance with mangrum and sturns stepping up and giving wooden and watts more scoring chances.

1. I was told that the real Scrappy has been having problems and hasn't been at many games football or basketball. The Srcappy is just some fill in. Every game i try to get scrappy fired up but no go. I am sure we can find a scrappy some where. 2. I ment that in general in every sport to look up at the million doolar jumbo tron.

Why in any sport at any level do you need a damn monitor? Why can they just f'n look up at the damn million dollar jumbo tron. it is so f'n retarted to take 5 minutes to go to the sideline, look inside a 6 inch monitor and make the wrong call.

Thats two games that Sturns didn't get much PT. He is the type of point gaurd that out team needs not Bell who holds the ball way too long and even though he had 9 asst. he misses a lot of open plays.

I give props to UTA. Like everyody has said this is a rivalry. anybody can win. They came ready to play and we didn't. But do not act like this is the worst lost ever. UTA looked like a good team out there they have a very athletic postman, UNT's weakness. All people are saying is that we played bad, but no one realizes that we have three new guys playing big minutes, Bell, JJ, and Wooden and Sturns who didn't play the last half of the season. We have to give the team time to mesh. We are not UNC or Duke so no matter what we do we would not get an automatic bid, look at W Kentucky last year. Our time is confrence play. I am proud of the team even though they played bad, had terrible refs, and got cheated at the end they played hard and were right in it. So stop being depresive UNT fans who think nothing is good enough, Thats why basketball is better than football there is always next game.
