Why is everyone hammering Dodge2007? He/she is just stating what TD stated coming out of the spring, that Meager was in the lead, but that it was still a wide open race. So you don't agree with the remainder of the post...big deal. Personally, I think it comes down to Meager and Vizza with Wilson moving to either safety or WR.

I love the talent we are going after, but it really doesn't surprise me to lose out on this young man. We signed 6 receivers last year and have another that has made a committment, although soft, this year. Maybe he looked at the numbers and thought he had a better shot to play early at Baylor. I voted no. Jackson obviously has the tools to produce, but hasn't in the past. I don't know if that is from the QB's always looking for Quinn, a bad passing offense, a poorly conceived passing offense, or what.

I went to many, almost all, of the games during the Flying Worm era and don't ever recall black jerseys. These have to be a dark, dark green. Anyone else from that era remember NT wearing black.

I agree with Coach regarding the offense but not the defense. We are only one year removed from using the 4-3 as our base, so every one should pick it up rather quickly.
