I thought Miami wanted out of the game with us, so please explain to me why we have to find a replacement for them? I'm sorry we just weren't a big enough name for them to "open" their new stadium, but that's their problem not ours.

Still doesn't make any sense. For instance, Damon Hickson from MTSU is on the Texas Team, but he is from Florida and played ball in Tennessee.

If I could say what I want to, I would get banned. Think about the fact that you are talking about a 18 or 19 year old young man that committed to play for our university. Plus, he started as a freshman on the "Green Team" that was more successful than the regulars. Unbelievable.

Love our recruits, but I don't put a lot of stock in these rankings. Seems to me that the MUTS always were the predicted winner of the SBC a couple of years ago, yet our "unheralded" recruits always whipped them.

But I think the Texas team plays in Houston.

No, I understand your concern. It is a double edges sword. If they allow people to buy up blocks of tickets, then they could be displacing others that want to buy in one of these sections. The system discourages this. Now, if they don't fill up these sections, well that's the other side of the sword. Hope I'm being clear. Anyway, I understand your point and sympathize with it, but I also understand what they are attempting to do. BTW, I think what you have done in the past is awesome. Not many folks purchase season tickets and hope to attract enough to fill their seats. I appreciate your committment.

Noticed Blake Gumm is still not committed, nor Blasey from Navarro. Blasey may be an academic casualty considering he's not showing any schools of interest. Man, if we could now get Gumm to sign on the dotted line, this could be an unbelievable recruiting class.

It is still a numbers game. What if the limit wasn't in place and I wanted to drop $250 to the MGC and buy every seat in the section? The loss in revenue is huge. I don't know what the demand is for these seats in D through F, but the goal is to add members to the MGC and fill these seats. Something had to be done. I don't think your situation is very unique, someone buying 20 tickets, but the family of 5 is going to be pissed.

Get some of the big boys to schedule home and homes instead of trying to play at least 8 home games, and they would probably have an easier time filling their schedules.
