Nothing wrong with "Hey Baby" or the Green Brigade; I love them both and think they are great. I just believe "Hey Baby" should be played when it's going to be a win by us decided in the late fourth quarter.

You're right kj86, "Hey Baby" is a huge beating because the Green Brigade plays it when we're losing or about to lose. They should only play that tune when the game is solidly in our hands with a couple of minutes left.

UNT90 is correct. The "meh" attitude at UNT needs to change. Hopefully, we now have leadership that recognizes this problem and will influence the needed change.

I wish the Green Brigade would quit playing the song "Hey Baby" unless we are about to win the game. For now, I associate that song with losing or about to lose. Sickening!!!

I attended the UNT-Alabama game several years ago. They have a really cool "Walk of Champions" outside of Bryant-Denny Stadium. The "walk" consists of life-size statues of champion coaches and players. Would be awesome if we could do something along these lines near Apogee Stadium.

Studying hours at a time in the catacombs of the library inside the Information Science Building (east of and across the plaza from the biology/chemistry buildings). You could easily get lost in the maze of bookshelves. It was an awesome place to cram for upcoming exams. The Mean Green Inn was pretty cool back in the mid to late 70s. Remember The Porch in the Fry Street area? Lots of great memories all over campus and beyond.

I attended that game at Moody. Must have been 1976 or somewhere around that time. SMU had a huge lead, and we came back and beat them. There was a large contingent of UNT (NTSU fans) present that night. It was awesome! Those were the fun days for sure.
